I ordered a grow tent on May 13th and have nothing but my emotions played with. On may 23 i first contacted growace regarding my purchase and was assurred from a Christian in chat that it was ready for fedex to pick it up and since the covid 19 things are behind. I had patience for a week meanwhile thinking they got me i ordered another 3 small items for another 8some dollars. A week later no reaponse and no tracking number. So i go again to chat since no one answers there telephone. This time it was Travis.. he tells me its not in stock and they are waiting. So 3 days later i ask if i could pick out a cheaper option or get a refund. Only generic answers. Dont get me wrong always polite but 100% liars. Now i am working with the BBB and with there F rating we dont have much hope. The gentleman at the bbb suggested i contact the attorny general and file a complaint. Btw i contacted fedex over the telephone and growace only created a label and did not request a pick up lol i can only be ammused now its all i can do from losing it. And to top it all off they have the audacity to email me and ask how i liked the product i purchased lol. Stay far away and check reviews before you buy. I didnt lesson learned.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Ordered 2 items 1 shipped and they call the order completed. 21 days after my order and I’m still being told that my item will ship, but my order has been completed? Grow Ace will not cancel and refund my money for the missing item. Customer service is non existent. Never again!

Forever on hold
This company so far has been polite - however any call you make you better have 2 hours at least to spare - still haven’t got my shipping info - it’s been weeks -
All I ordered was blue lab soliton so I can calibrate my pen but impossible to get a tracking number - they have been telling me after I go on hold that shipping was likely Thursday - or do you want a refund - if the shipping didn’t happen what’s makes me think a refund will - also I put weeks into this who wants to start again - just send the solution please

Absolutely in my top 3 worst companies I've ever dealt with! DO NO BUY FROM THEM! Terrible customer service! SUPER SLOW processing, and shipping. Overpriced shipping. I bought gloves from them (like many others complaining here) that was a Month ago, and they have still not arrived. They've It's been over two weeks since they sent me an email stating the order had shipped.
I had to open a BBB complaint against them just to get that far! For the $15 shipping they charged me on the $20 box of gloves I bought, you'd think they would have chosen a faster method. The box has been slowly creeping across the country (by pony express???).
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Growace decided to swap an item I ordered with a similar item and hope I didn't notice? When I contacted support to get the right item, they let me know I was "upgraded" to a different item, and if I wanted a refund I could send it back. The "upgraded" item comes up for half the price on amazon which is the first link when you google the product. The product they actually sent me, is not even listed on their website. Amazing

Bought a 900$ kit. Almost everything broke by the end of the first grow. Absolute trash. Customer service did nothing because it was past warranty...didn't even get thru 1 grow everything just falling apart from normal use.

I have had the best experience with grow ace time and time again but I must say today this last experience has far exceeded the rest Regina has spent a good part of her day helping me to solve my deficiency problem and not only figuring it out but advising me what to do To fix my issues, I could not be more grateful than I am right now we all as cannabis growers know some of the difficulties we can occur and the frustration that comes with that I feel like I have my own personal grow trainer at my disposal with grow ace :) Each of my experiences in contact the grow ace team has brought me peace of mind thank you to all of you for what you do and for the time you provide in helping all of us newbies I feel like I could Not do it without you and my personal thank you to Regina for helping me today. if I could hug you I would, and a happy new year to you all.
