I ordered a Centurion Pro Trimmer…

I ordered a Centurion Pro Trimmer ($8k+) from GrowAce.com. It was short the tumbler, rendering it useless. We had to harvest without it, and it cost us thousands of dollars in loss. I called so many times, always having to wait 20 minutes or more to talk to someone who always said the same thing, "I will call you back within an hour". Never ever heard back from a single one of them. Ever. My first experience with them, and definitely my last. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. I order a controller on sept 4 never received a tracking number for this order so I called customer services 5 times and got no help just got excuses the blame put on fed ex which is total bs I will never order from this site again

Worst company ever!!!!!!!

Worst company ever, sent me a tent with the words GROW TENT writing down the box, customer service hung up on me twice. The tent was incomplete missing parts and to top everything off they want me TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING!!! Don’t purchase from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shop elsewhere

Took 6 weeks to get my full order for a grow kit, despite the claims of orders shipped in 48 hours. Had to call several times to find out where my tent was...kept getting told it was a supplier issue. After 5 weeks I requested a refund and was offered a replacement tent they claimed was an upgrade but was actually a slightly larger but far lower quality product.
Way too many others with same issue.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. They sent me two lights. The first one. the ballast was defective and had a ton of screws floating around INSIDE or it. The second one came damaged maybe from shipping but also had a ton of screws floating INSIDE it.Wanted to switch brands. Then the phone rep said I'd have to pay for shipping their defective light back. Since I wasn't exchanging it. The person who handles the email complaints and the customer service agents who handle phone calls don't seem to be on the same page. Then I was offered a measly 5% discount on a new light. Which won't even cover shipping.

I made a lot of purchase from Growace. All item is of high quality and passes our standard. They have a complete grow guide in their online youtube channel. The videos are very helpful and giving information on how and when to grow. The online product comparison which helps me decide what product to buy.

wow not happy at all with your service. I made an order for 2 day shipping and I got and e mail telling me it will come in 8 days ..I was tould 48 hour packing time .pluss shipping no need to pay for faster shipping when they take there sweet time packing your order . thats unacceptable..your set up I bought last year blew, right in the last 60 day flowering time I needed it asap but your staff blew me off making me waite 8 days I made an order on wensday morning and arrives on Tuesday the next week you suck I will never buy from your site cuss you don't care about your coustomers..outher sites ship in to days your site does not you rip the comsumer off ..buyer be ware..

Never again will i order from this…

Never again will i order from this place. I ordered tall humidity domes and extreme trays for cuttings i had coming from Puerto Rico. I recieved the trays very quickly. I called and informed them i only recieved part of my order and was told it was a computer issue and they would be sent out immediately and i just get them by Thursday 8/24. They still didnt arrive after calling them again today i was told they still have not shipped. Very disappointed

STAY AWAY

Do NOT i REPEAT do NOT order from this site!! Me and my roommate just ordered from this site a very small order and they required us to send our ID pictures of the front and back of our credit cards to a 3rd party company took 7 days just for them to decline our orders. Now its gonna take an additional 3-5 days for my refund to get back on my card. They claim to be discreet and have discreet shipping but in my experience that is 100% Completely FALSE! STAY AWAY. Get what you need locally or from a different site GrowAce.com has a third party verification company that collects data. If discretion is what you want this is NOT the company for you.

Too many screw ups

Customer service was good. Unfortunately, I had to call them multiple times. Inaccurate specs on a light I bought (600w mh/hps) The ballast burned out <1 yr. They sent me the wrong items. Yield Lab is crap. I won't shop there anymore, too many screw ups.
