Lifetime Warranty not honored
I bought a very expensive platinum diamond tennis bracelet from Grown Brilliance and they have repeatedly refused to honor their lifetime warranty to fix it. The clasp fails to stay shut about 1.5 years after purchase. You can see where the metal is separating from itself on part of the clasp. They claim it is “routine wear and tear”. There’s no correctly made bracelet that needs this type of repair this soon, especially given the fact that my wife never takes the bracelet off so the clasp itself is virtually never stressed. It’s a poorly designed and manufactured clasp that should clearly be fixed under the warranty. The Grown Brilliance warranty system is a scam because they claim everything is routine wear and tear even when it’s clearly not.

Because no order information was included with your review, we can’t address your specific case directly. However, we can clarify how our warranty and repair evaluations work for Grown Brilliance.
Our tennis bracelets are crafted in solid precious metals and go through detailed quality-control checks before shipping. While they are designed for secure wear, the clasp and hinge components are small mechanical parts. Over time, especially with continuous, everyday wear, it is normal for these components to experience stress and begin to loosen. In fact, when a bracelet performs well for a year or more of uninterrupted daily use, that typically indicates that the piece did not have a manufacturing defect. A defect would generally appear much earlier in the life of the jewelry.
Daily movement, sleeping in the bracelet, showering, and general ongoing contact with surfaces naturally put stress on clasps, links and locks. Fine jewelry requires maintenance, and we do offer our customers the ability to purchase a protection plan to support these types of services.
Our lifetime manufacturing warranty covers issues caused by defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover damage that develops from regular use or continuous wear over time. When an evaluation shows findings consistent with normal wear rather than a structural defect, it is not covered under warranty.
Please know that even when an issue is not warranty-related, we always provide repair options and cost-effective solutions for our customers.

Excellent Experience With The Truly Custom Team!
I custom-designed an engagement ring and wedding band through the Truly Custom design team. The ring and band were perfect and fit together exactly how I wanted it. The whole team was very kind and patient throughout the process and was willing to redesign my custom rings as often as I needed. Their email correspondence was quick, and I also utilized the video call for further assistance with the customization process. The Truly Custom design team was professional, and I would definitely trust them with their expertise in helping with the perfect ring design!

Diamond and precious metal pricing, especially for lab grown diamonds, can fluctuate significantly over time. In the last couple of years, lab grown diamond prices have decreased due to improvements in production efficiency and an increase in overall supply. At the same time, other material costs, such as gold, have risen sharply. These shifts happen across the industry and can affect pricing in both directions.
When you purchased your ring, its price was based on the market conditions and material costs at that time. We always price our pieces fairly and consistently according to the cost of materials, labor, and quality standards. However, because the diamond and gold markets are constantly evolving, we’re not able to predict or guarantee how prices will change in the future.
We understand it is disappointing to see a different price today, and I want to reassure you that you received fair and accurate pricing at the time of your purchase based on the market conditions then.

Broken product after 2 days of wearing.
After waiting 4 weeks for a custome ring it finally arrives just to break 2 days later. After wearing the ring for 2 days my wife rushes over to tell me that 2 prongs broke and a sapphire fell out. Luckily we were home and we didn’t lose the gemstone but extremely disappointed of the quality of the product that we purchased.

Owned the mistake and corrected it!!
UPDATE: They shipped the replacements overnight and made it right before I left. I couldn’t ask for more than to own and fix a mistake. Great recovery.
ORIGINAL: I did not receive my entire order. The "free" earrings were not in the box. I called the day my order arrived, and I still haven't received a response. They were Christmas gifts, and I left for the holidays without an expensive gift that I will have to replace.
