Ring is great!

The ring is amazing. For spending so much money I would have expected some more information about the process, which is generally a crowd pleaser. Right now you purchase the item and it just says "processing" or something along those lines for a few weeks until getting a shipping notification.

I absolutely do not recommed Grown…

Grown Brilliance is not professional or credible. I absolutely do not recommed Grown Brilliance both in terms of customer service and quality of the products.

I have purchased two items from this company. One was defective upon receipt and the other went missing in their returns facilitity without any fair resolution. The defective earrings were sent from a store that I was in direct contact with prior to shipment, so the quality control is poor to say the least. I informed the store and they told me to send it in for repair and that this could take 4-6 weeks. They did not offer to replace them. This was literally the same day I received the earrings. I plan to drive 4 hours to the nearest store return to them in person because I do not trust that this company's return faclity given that a pair of earrings went missing and there was no resolution offered (which I only learned after receipt of the second pair of earrings).

Regarding the missing earrings/ product during shipment, it is important to know that Grown Brilliance does not weigh packages upon recieving them and in fact, they refuse to do so, which is not only sketchy but an important piece of evidence when determining if a package was tampered with between the point of dropping it off to the carrier service and receipt at the returns facility.

Finally, be advised that you are on your own if this happens to you. Customer service is also impossible to get a hold of. If you want to reach them, you will need to recruit assistance from a store represenatative. Even then, the store team will not help beyond informing the online team to assist. There has been no resolution on this matter despite providing pictures of the item upon packing, drop off receipt, and a witness statement confirming that the items were indeed packaged and shipped back to the sender.

Incredibly unprofessional. Incredibly sketchy.

We take allegations of this nature seriously and want to clarify a few key points.

Grown Brilliance maintains documented quality-control and security procedures across both our retail and returns operations. Returned packages are opened under video recording, and discrepancies are reviewed immediately. In this case, the returned package contained the gift-with-purchase earrings but not the original purchased item, and there was no visible evidence of tampering at the time of receipt.

When a discrepancy is identified, we initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to determine what may have occurred in transit. That investigation is currently ongoing. While this process is underway, we are unable to issue a refund until the carrier completes its review.

We understand how frustrating situations like this can be, and we continue to communicate directly with the customer and review any documentation provided as part of the investigation.

We stand behind our products, our quality standards, and our procedures, and we remain committed to resolving matters through the appropriate channels once all facts have been established.

Is this a scam?

Is this a scam? I returned the earrings nearly immediately upon receiving them and I got an email saying the earrings were not returned and I will not get my refund?! This is completely untrue. I have a witness to my packing them. I may have videotape of the whole process of packing and returning them. Will revert back.

All returned packages are opened under continuous video recording as part of our standard security and quality-control procedures. When your return was received and reviewed, the package contained the gift-with-purchase diamond earrings, but not the original purchased item. There was no visible evidence of package tampering at the time of receipt.
Because of this discrepancy, we immediately initiated a claim with the shipping carrier to investigate what may have occurred in transit. That investigation is currently ongoing.

Beautiful, friendly, an overall amazing experience!

Everyone at GB is so helpful and friendly. We came back twice because we weren't sure what we wanted and we never felt pressured. They're great about customizing, returns, letting you try on tons of rings. The woman who helped us both times is such a lovely human and made the whole experience feel special. Plus, I love my wedding band (and I'm a picky lady)!

Ruined Christmas

I am extremely disappointed that I have not received the item I ordered for my wife for Christmas that was guaranteed to arrive in time. I can’t imagine how many other dissatisfied customers there are whose Christmas gifts also did not arrive in time. This is misleading advertising and customer support had no answers other than that they had to check with their production team and that they could promise delivery sooner than New Years. This is horrible and unacceptable way to provide service especially during this time of year when there are so many options.

Disappointing size

If you do research as to the size of a dog tag you will find the size of a dog tag issued by the military is over four times larger than the one you sell. That tends to make people disappointed when they open the box and find a piece that is 1/4th the size. This item was going to be worn along with her dead fathers dog tags as a memorial to him. I doubt she will ever wear it.
