My husband has bought me many things, but one in particular was a ruby ring surrounded by diamonds and one of the diamonds came out 3times. Grown brilliance took the ring back and credited the money back to our account. My husband just used that credit toward a new ring. Can't wait to see it!

Quite lovely
The 5 stone anniversary ring is very pretty and has exactly the look I wanted. I do wish the gold setting was a bit more substantial but that has no real bearing on the overall look, style and beauty of the ring, which is classic and timeless.

9 month old ring and diamonds falling out
Ordered an engagement ring 9 months ago. Have worn it for the past 7 months, and a side stone already fell out (no trauma or damage). The cost to replace it is $200 and the “lifetime warranty” is useless. I wish I didn’t buy my wedding band as well from them now knowing what I know.

High quality beautifully designed
This is the 2nd purchase I made. I love the ear cuffs. There's nothing so detailed, and uniquely designed on the market. Competitor ear cuffs are very simple and boring looking, whereas Grown Brilliance pay attention to the unique details. These cuffs are covered in diamonds on 3 sides. Love their products.

I purchased the graduated engagement ring and while back and now decided to purchase the matching band. The band is much smaller size and doesn't match well at all. And for the price of the band alone I expected something much better.

A six star+ experience
I created a custom pair of ear cuffs with Emy. She was wonderfully patient when choosing the size of the diamonds so the thickness of the cuff was exactly what I wanted. She explained the process of creating a custom design and it was everything she said it would be - a full size spec sheet with all the dimensions, actual size, etc. Like an architectural drawing. Look into their custom process. It is so worth it! They arrived earlier than I expected and I love them! I wear them as singles or stacked as a double.

I ordered a necklace on Jan 14th. Expected time to ship was Jan 27th. It is now February 5th an it has not shipped. Oh, I understand that was an expected ship date. But, why not be honest with your estimated ship date? I don't know anyone who would be happy that you are 9 days off on your estimate. Im guessing i still have more days of waiting. If you arent prepared for an order bc you have to make this that or the other. Then that should be factored into the estimated shipping date.
On time delivery is important to people so try be honest. Im sorry but i can't recommend this company.
