BUYER BEWARE!!!
Purchased 4x4 grow tent kit. After 8 months, the light started staying dim when the light was supposed to be off. I spent 3 months going back and forth with them, email after email, doing every little test they could come up with. They finally told me to send it back so they could look at it. Then they tell me “we couldn’t replicate the issue”. Then they started saying I had a “grounding issue” with my outlets. So I went and bought a multimeter and the wiring was correct. So they finally said they are sending me a “new” light. It arrives yesterday and it looks like it thrown off of a roof. The box looks like it came out of a dumpster, styrofoam just laying in the box, they left the power cord plugged into to fixture as it travelled across the entire country just hanging there, and the cooling fins on top of the light bars were bent and scraped up. They tried to tell me it was damaged in shipping but the box didn’t have holes or anything it. How is it going to get damaged like that through a layer of cardboard and foam? So now they are telling me they can send my original light back ( the one that doesn’t work right) but they don’t have any more of my particular light. So I guess I’m screwed out of $1000 dollars for a light I can’t even use because it stays lit during dark time. They tried to make me pay $300 to ship the light back to them just so they could tell “there is nothing wrong”, until I complained about that. I didn’t ask them for a new light, I just wanted mine to work like it’s supposed to and I wouldn’t have went the trouble of pulling it out of the tent, boxing it up, and went 4 different places trying to ship it back to them if there wasn’t something wrong. I bought a light to use while they were looking at mine and it’s plugged into the same outlet that one was and I haven’t had the first problem with that light so I know it was something with the fixture itself. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I can’t believe businesses can treat “repeat” customers like that.

I Just Purchased a 5+5 grow tent It was to big for the room So when it came by Fed Ex I refused it and they took it back never left the truck.I paid them 404.00 When I got My refund for the Tent that never left the truck My refund was only 240.00 So Don't buy from them if your not sure because they Will keep your Money With nothing.to show for. While they made 160.00 for Nothing I tried talking to them numerous times no Luck So think before you buy From Grow Strong Industries not Unless you want to give them Money For Nothing

Still haven’t dealt with my controller issue. This company is complete garbage. They don’t answer calls and will do anything to avoid customer product quality service issues instead of dealing with them. They value profit over providing people with a fair solution to the issues they are experiencing. Everyone I’ve talked to there is disrespectful of your time and will avoid you rather than help deal with an issue properly. I sent video after video of controllers not working properly and they treated me like I was a complete idiot just to continue to give me the run around. At this point I’ll never buy another product from these disrespectful, time wasting, money hungry scoundrels ever again. please do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company at all costs

I have a K5 1000w light from KIND LED / GROW STRONG and the computer when nuts on me. When I contacted support they said THEY DIDN'T SUPPORT this product anymore (still online for $1,800+ new) so I have an VERY expensive paper weight. The support guy suggested I buy their new product instead = why on Earth would I buy anything from these LOSERS! They didn't reply again when I asked if that was LEGAL! BUYER BEWARE

Waited 5 days for the light and cord that cost extra. No cord. Plants are starting to flower and now it’s going to be at least another week before I get the cord. Spent over a grand on your products. I do love my grow tent. Unfortunately I’m almost 70 and I tripped on the door entrance and messed up my zipper, but good quality.

I've done business with this company three times and I love the products they offer and how they perform once I receive them. No China Amazon junk here .. this is all top-quality equipment. Fair prices and delivery is on time and what I ordered arrives as promised. Simply a great company with good products. There are lots of good companies in the space. This 5x5 G.T just came in few days ago, this is replacing 4x4 G.T Such great deal I bought for my next fall 2023 indoor crop, that being said, everything was in good condition (fast shipping, box in great shape, nothing missing inside) can't wait till next fall to use this larger tent and as usual with any G.T you can't go wrong. The only reason replacing 4x4 G.T "ZIPPERS" not bad for over 4 years of hard use.
