I had a slight issue early on, the veg formula drives the PH low the more you add. My starting ph wasn't as high as normal. Mixed my ph was low 5s to high 4s. Contacted them to clear up the issue. Its normal for the grow to lower ph .They sent me a free replacement to make sure my batch was ok. It was. They are going to add a note about making sure you ph check things on there grow charts.

The human support has been great, good people who quickly offer assistance, but the product information and support is lacking. Apart from the gorilla tent, there was no written instructions for anything else. I have never used a smart timer before and was not even guided on which app to use for it. I have been gardening indoors since the 1980s so the concept is not new to me, only the technology used today. Any instructions would be helpful. Everyone I reached out to has been great, but I think that the equipment should include basic instructions so I don't have to bother them all the time.

Order the lotus nutrients starter pack and cal-mag got here in 2 days haven’t used it yet but I will be soon in my dwc system will be ordering again soon as I need more nutrients

You guys rock! Every time I order, my package is promptly delivered! I’ve been running your nutrient line Lotis for about four years now, and I love it I won’t switch for nothing. It would be nice to possibly get stickers sent out with the merchandise lol possibly make it available for T-shirts and other things to be purchased so we could rock out with your guises gear. Fast shipping even during the holidays. They carry the full line of the lotus nutrients. Most other suppliers don’t. I look forward to doing more business with them and maybe get some grow advice.

It took several days before shipment was shipped, once shipped weather delays dragged it out even further, 3 1/2 weeks later finally received package, shipping cost was high at $65 not to happy.

Made a few purchases at this point and all have equated to me having great products. The service is both friendly and helpful which means GSI and I will be doing business again in the near future. Keep up the great work.
