Security of funds is a major concern…
Security of funds is a major concern for me and the only thing stopping me adding more funds.
Provision fund is around 3.5% prefer 5% or above.
Otherwise everything seems to be going fine so far. Software is straightfoward and simple.
Transfers usually také around a couple of hours on a weekday and the lending queue is about an hour. Does what it says on the tin!
Excellent way of earning interest!
Excellent way of earning interest!
Quick and simple account set up.
Fast to withdraw funds if needed.
Highly recommended and have used the platform for about two years!
Easy to use website and confidence in company.
Easy to use website with clear navigation. Good interest rate and confidence in the company and their due diligence. Will continue to invest for a good return.
So easy to use
So far, Growth Street has delivered exactly as promised with no hassle at all. It really is invest and forget.

Greg Carter should be made Prime Minister. Growth Street has very low default rates, transparent figures and it's staff are good communicators.
Easy to use
Easy to use. As an investment, it is not impressive - 5.3% and no control over where money is lent. For peer-to-peer lending, with the associated risks, more control and higher returns could be expected, but that is the Growth Street model, so you know what you are buying into.
So far, very good
I’ve been using Growth Street for 3 months now. So far everything has gone like clockwork and I’ve been very impressed. There has been no delay whatsoever in getting money lent out. Whilst I wanted both to make an initial investment with Growth Street and two subsequent top-ups since, cash back incentives applicable in all 3 instances have been most welcome. It’s great that the loans are only for a month so that in normal circumstances you can readily gain access to you money. Now, if only they’d offer an ISA - come on guys!
A favourite platform for P2P Lending
One of my favourite peer to peer lending platforms. Easy to use (no real choices to make - you invest at the market rate [5%ish] and that's it). I like it because:
-it has a provision fund to minimize loses (so you are effectively diversified against the whole portfolio)
-the loan terms are fixed at 30 days, so you can easily withdraw as needed
-You don't need to invest a large sum to get going
- I've had good contact with partners throughout, including answering specific questions to do with the process.
It used to be a rather slow to be matched with loans (hence the 4* rating rather than 5*), but this has been much improved over the last year or so.

Very good investor customer service and an impeccable record on safe loans and full repayment to investors.
My only problems are that as there have been quite long periods over the last year I used Growth St when my money was not earning interest - and after eventually coughing up tax on the interest I think I have lost money in real terms due to inflation - I have sadly decided to withdraw funds and invest in secured bridging loans which earn about double or more interest but much longer length investments.
This will help other current GrowthSt investors as the amount I am withdrawing will reduce the current lending queue by about 40% and therefore they will start earning more quickly.
When they paid 6.5% it was much more viable for me.
Growth Street is much better for investors who need the 30 day access to their capital, I don't need this right now.
Its been good but I have to vote with my wallet, Thanks Growth Street!
Great experience as an investor!
I have had a great experience using this site as an investor. It is simple to use, transfers in and out have been smooth, rates on offer are competitive and I have been impressed with the level of communication and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Growth Street and will be increasing my own allocation to this site over the coming months.

Leading savings accounts, with excellent support.
Good website, easy to do business with
Good website, easy to do business with.
Only minor issue is delay (sometimes) to matching funds so reducing effective interest rate but as I write this is 2 days giving effective 5.2%. Highest I've seen is 4 days, the current time to match can be found via Help / FAQ page.
I can live with this, better that Growth Street don't take on iffy loans just to soak up available funds.
New investor view...
I have invested via Growth Street for a little over two months. The model is a very straightforward proposition, risk is mitigated and my interaction with the company has been well received. The website is very simple and unfussy. So far, so good.
High interest rate but small-scale and not very transparent.
Attractive interest rate for investors. Website easy to use and to understand. Funds seem to be reinvested each 30 days with 2 or 3 days delay. My only concerns at this stage (investor for three months) are the relatively small scale of the platform, and therefore liquidity risk (sometimes only just over 90% of total investor funds are invested); and the lack of any information on who and what exactly my money is invested with (unlike, say, Allianz Capital, who are fully transparent about who the investors are, what the loans are for, etc).
Easy Money
Very easy to setup and manage. I have only been investing on Growth Street for 2 months, though have been using other P2P platforms for 5 years. Growth Street is by far the easiest to use, as it provides no investment choices, yet gives a fair return and with the protection of a provision fund. Excellent as part of a balanced P2P portfolio.
Small but Impressive
I have used, and continue to use, other p2p lenders for longer term lending but was attracted to Growth Street because of its excellent rates in the rolling market. These consistently beat the opposition by a margin of approximately 40%. Although a small player Growth Street offers the same safeguards to investors as the biggest rivals - Ratesetter for example. They set up is transparent and the quality of advice and support is excellent. My only reservation is the relatively small portfolio which means that vulnerability to defaults is greater than for larger competitors. However because borrower vetting processes are sound and there is adequate provision for covering minor defaults the risk is probably no greater than with other p2p lenders. As the business grows it could well prove to be the best in the rolling market.
Great experience
Great experience - easy to use dashboard, and very transparent!
All seems good
All seems good, interest comes in. I have not tried to take money out yet, but it is available every 30 days so shouldnt be a problem

Out of the 3 p2p platforms that I invest in Growth street is my prefered option. I find the reinvestment times quick and efficent and so far the interest rates are consistently competitive.

I've only been investing with Growth Street for a few months, but so far all has been good. It was easy enough to set up the account and to pay money into it. Loans have been repaid within a month and the money has been re-loaned pretty much immediately at the current market rate of interest (5.3%). So far I'm very happy.
