Katherine was the star of the show. She got right on my level and helped me clarify priorities that excited me, and tangible next steps that moved me towards immediate goals. She had creative feedback that showed me she cared. I enjoyed working with her for the short time we had, and would always recommend her to anyone looking for clear, thoughtful guidance and heartfelt passion in their corner.

Growth Tools itself was not as fantastic. The deeper I got into the first 90 days, the more it became apparent that this program is designed for people that are already up and running and clear on what their business is. And, that would be fine, except their sales process to onboard me did not qualify me with this in mind, and I was left to handle some fairly big building blocks on my own. They sold me on their ability to scale up, but they didn’t include start up. My own clarity around what I needed and didn’t receive has grown greatly and I would never make this mistake again. Additionally, my original coach conceded that nobody really finishes the 90 day program in 90 days, and that it usually takes 8-12 months of working 10-15 hours a week. Most of that is promoting yourself to partners you sourced, which basically means I paid $15k to a company to teach me how to do something I could have paid someone $8k to do for me. If I’d done that, I’d get to stay on my zone of genius. Truly beautiful learning.

Before I started with Growth Tools, I had many ideas but no solid plan. With them, it was less emotional. They created a plan for me based on what I needed and then helped me stay accountable. That was very useful. The coaching staff is great. I worked with Mike Berry and Katherine MacDonnell and they were both amazing. They asked the right questions, helped me accountable to my own commitments, and even pointed out when I was being too hard on myself.

Their dashboard is really good for breaking down huge tasks into small steps and take small actions every day to work towards your goal.

It's by far the best coaching solution out there.

I'm so thankful I found Growth Tools (or they found me!) and that I signed on. The sales process, onboarding, and especially the coaching experience were an absolute pleasure. Growth Tools hires amazing people!! Chung, Matt, and Jerry Burns were all phenomenal to work with. My only regret is that I didn't start the process sooner. It is so helpful to have a dashboard of daily tasks that you KNOW are moving you closer to your business goals.

I've really enjoyed working with the GT team and Jerry Burns specifically. The frameworks, templates and reminders help hold my feet to the fire and demystify the process of listing out to potential clients, getting them on a call, conducting a sales call and closing the deal. Good stuff.

I’ve used 5-10 coaches over the past 10 years. I’ve been with Growth tools a month or so. I was thinking to myself this morning that I’m extremely impressed at their service and level of comprehensiveness. My coach before growth tools was literally 10x their price and didn’t deliver the value I’m getting now. So far, I would’ve paid way more for this service. Extremely impressed and can’t wait to see where there coaching takes me.

Excellent communication, great explanation of processes and what we can expect. Felt very well handled the whole way through from talking with Chung to receiving the Roadmap. I had more experience with Chung than Matt as I was away during that time, but Chung was beyond patient with my scheduling issues, and when we finally connected I felt very good vibes immediately. I truly felt like I was talking with a person interested in helping us towards the future we want in our business. Regarding the loom videos we received from Matt, I was impressed with his clear communication and dedication to the process - helping us tweak things as needed. I feel very positive about my experiences so far with Growth Tools.

I am as much of a skeptic as anyone you've met. I doubt anything works much less any online service. But the guarantee left me confident about these guys so I jumped in. And let me just say these folks are the real deal. They are thorough, authentic, and competent. So far they are providing me with what looks like everything I need to succeed. I see a whole new future in front of me and could not be more excited.

Growth Tools has a unique perspective and strategy that we followed that truly got us some great quick wins. Then as we built bigger and better things, the coaching kept us on track, focused on our goals and offered expert tips and ideas to take what we were doing to the next level!

Matt and Luke did a fantastic job getting things collected, analyzed, and formalized a marketing plan that I believe will get me to the next level.

It's been a fantastic experience so far! The Growth University team has been a very positive experience so far - I feel so much clarity, the accountability and support is top notch and they really care about your success, and the platform they set you up with makes it very clear and easy to know exactly what your action steps are, and how to accomplish them, where to learn the relevant info, etc. Highly recommended!

Matt has been amazing at helping me establish my offer and marketing plan. I'm so excited to get started and I feel 100% confident in these documents because the time and effort that Matt put into helping me create them and finalize them.
