Landed 3 new clients in my first week with GrowthTools! Highly recommend.

Growthtool's resources have been a valuable asset to my business. It has helped me fine-tune that irresistible offer and clients now come to me–I rarely send out cold emails these days. These guys are amazing! You gotta love what they do.

Will was extremely knowledgeable and gave me more than one great, actionable idea. He verified my doubts and at the same as time brainstormed some ideas to move forward and get better leads. I will keep the resources he sent bookmarked!

It was a breath of fresh air to come to Trustpilot and see others describing the same experience that I had with Growth Tools.

I became a customer in January 2022. I followed Bryan Harris and Growth Tools (formerly Video Fruit) for several years. I felt comfortable making a large investment with the program for two reasons:

1.) My familiarity with the brand
2.) The "90 Day ROI Ironclad Guarantee"

First off, the coaching program itself:

It is not a coaching program. It is a glorified online course. The course is well done and I appreciate the way it tracks progress. However, I didn't sign up for a $500 online course. I signed up for an $8000 coaching program. Accessing 1-to-1 time with a coach was nearly impossible. They will respond to digital messages with mostly boilerplate, evergreen responses to emails or their messaging dashboard though. If you ask for it, they will provide a Calendly scheduling link that may not show available time for a coach for 2 weeks or more. The minimal amount of direct coaching I received was in fact helpful. For that level of investment though, it's not unreasonable to expect direct access to a coach or a regularly scheduled meeting time.

Next, the 90 Day ROI Ironclad Guarantee:

The Contract: First of all, the contract they claim I signed came at least one day after I made my first invoice payment of $4000. Very odd and probably illegal. Secondly, it's full of ambiguous and subjective language that is not described in any material provided in advance. Lastly, it shows an IP address for my signature that is, in fact, not my IP address.

The Guarantee: As my headline says, the guarantee is described many times as "Ironclad." As others have shared though, it is anything but ironclad. After not seeing a return on my investment, I requested my guaranteed refund. Without so much as an opportunity to speak to someone on the phone about my situation, my request was denied - twice. I could go on about the unjustness of this and the particulars of my situation, including an operations staff agreeing to delay my payments, but the point is clear. There are subjective clauses that Growth Tools can pull out to deny your refund request. There are other "guarantees" and offers within the program that are also not fulfilled - such as an offer to create partnerships for you.

Overall this program is a classic bait and switch. A "guarantee" up front. Personal touch points and a "tailored" marketing plan. But then completely fails to deliver on its promises once a payment is received.

There is good content within the platform and I did learn some valuable skills and lessons - thus the 2 star review instead of a 1 star.

Don't get sucked in by any money back guarantees from this company. They will NOT honor them! They weaseled out of giving me my money back after not generating a cent of revenue for my business.

I was a client in Growth University, their business coaching program. They have some good tools and incredible people. That's the only thing good about them!

I executed the marketing plan for three months and didn't see any growth in my business. I followed the action plan meticulously and didn't get one client. If you already have a large email list, their methods may work for you. If you're just starting out I would stay clear. Find someone else to help you.

Update: Please also see reviews for "Videofruit" on BBB for more proof. They used to go by the name Videofruit and they did the same thing to other people.

That is NOWHERE in their contract. Plus, you were not working for free when you already got my money.
