Lack of communication about the delivery ended up in return of the package. Response that "product and money were lost".
That was my last purchase

I bought a product on their and it never arrived.they told me to stay home all day because it would arrive, but it never did. They also told me that they sent me three text messages to my phone about the delivery and they didn't. I asked for a refund and they refused.

Ordered Atlantis truffles. Good experience. Very fast shipping - 2 days to Alcala De Henares (Spain). Could pay in cash, as I am Spaniard. Will recommend this website. Maybe the best Atlantis truffles I have ever consumed.

Sorry, but I have to leave this review. They do not reply to emails. I've spent good amount of money. They only reply when they have a positive answer. When things are wrong, they simply ignore your email.
As long as you understand you could be losing your money, you can pay them.

I was thier client for the last 5 years but the last purchase was very bad quiality. I wrote them an email with photos and etc, but they didn't answer.

Seems like their customer servise is dead - that was my last purchase with GrowTrades.

They sent the order but to my invoice address instead of my address they had on file. I didn't therefore receive it. I contacted them and they sent the tracking number.

When I pointed out that it was the wrong address, they have then ignored my following emails. I have also contacted them again through their site with no answer.

I would avoid this company like the plague. They obviously don't care about their customers. There are much more reputable companies out there for these products.

Nice. I have ordered a few times from grow trades. Never a problem when I use cash on delivery in Spain.

If I could I wouldn't put even a single star on them. Their customer service is appalling. More than two months ago I placed an order and I still do not have a satisfactory answer of what happened to my order. Faced with his ineffectiveness, I decided to contact the transport company myself. I was told that the sender has to make the corresponding claim to know what happened with my order. Growtrade refuses to return the money or to send me the product for which I already paid by bank transfer.

Now I see that many customers were not happy. Me yes. I ordered more thing. Which came to London in about two weeks. The packaging was flawless. True, I have already consumed a kind of mushroom what less weight made a same effect. But price is not to bad. Thanks

The promised a discount that they didn't made. I asked them whym they never replied. I bought a kit and it didn't work at all, very very bad customer service, i followed the steps but they didn't gave me a clue why it didn't work, they called me a liar and offered me a 10% discount for another kit that might not work, they just care about your money. I don't recommend to spend any money here.

!Worst! Growkits ever!!!

Ordered 3 myzelium kits, the mobydick ( iguess itwas because only one of the kits was labeld..) came as a yellow, hard, dry brick.. dead! Second has a blackspot on top while opening the first time.. after two weeks it was black on the complete BOTTOM!?, and parts of top.. disposed kit and fruits. Third kit works, but only poor fruit, second flush also, third i dont want to wait for because this kit is just bullsh##!, i digd it in the yard. Never ever again, no grow kits and especialiy no kits from this shop!!!

Total scammers I paid for my order then nothing I emailed and asked where it I was told I’d given them the wrong telephone number and address which I had not I then re sent it to them no reply for days I mailed them again to ask what was going on and told them to deliver my parcel to my house and I would pay the extra delivery costs to avoid any problems nothing for days again I then emailed that I was going to report them to the police for being scammers email staring back very strange when they could be bothered to email me back anyhow lots more rubbish emails backwards and forwards saying they couldn’t find my order and they couldn’t see the money in there bank I sent screen shots of the order and the bank transfer to there account in the end I gave up and told them to keep the money they are theifs and scammers do not use them.
