While in the past the service and products have been good, since July 2018 things have changed. The products I ordered (over 12 items) al arrived damaged and did not function. To make things worse, the company has stopped replying to emails and has not been reachable in any way.
Seems these guys have gone under. Keep away.

I ordered some truffles and after two weeks I didnt receive anything. I tried to contact with the company several times but didnt get any awnser. I paid 60 euros and got nothing, terrible service. I do not recommend at all to buy anything from them. I am really disappointed and fell that I Just threw away my money

Hey I just Buy / order my products YESTERDAY and today ( day after) was delivered . I pay 105Euros for my all order and Fantastic service , nice safe packaged and all is well . Very happy with the the order ,

If i could give this company - 0 stars for their services, i would do so.
They now claim that i cut my mushrooms in half, that is in one way true, but i picked them as i should, then cutted some in half to see if the mold would spread, and it did, really quickly.

They also claim now that dealing with the products may be wrong by me, but i follow their instructions clearly, also i have growned shrooms for a long time and it happend before, the supplier said it's possible to be something wrong with mixing the substrate. Atleast they sent me new boxes. Growtrades did not. They only try to make themselves look good, in a bad way. "Defending their brand". When i buy boxes from Holland straight of, it never happens. I was going to become one great potential customer for you, but you litterly ignores me.

For anyone who wonders, please contact me here/email and i will send pictures and videos of the proof for their boxes is the worst. I picked the shrooms and they were all green and molded, it spread so quickly and everything just died. How can that be "good potent quality?" Please... You can still do right.

Two different boxes, they wont even refund me or compensate me in any way for buying their boxes for over 100 euros.

though my order arrived very quickly, the subject of my order was already contaminated. after having contacted "growseeds" they refused to send me a replacement indicating that the contamination has been my fault. further intended contact wasn't even replied to. if you're looking for a good deal - there are other companies around with an indeed professional customer service and intend.
