Oh!! What’s this? EBay emailing me to tell me the sofa I bought from you has been recalled due to NOT having fire protective fabrics and materials and therefore a death trap! And ILLEGAL.

Order Garden furniture from this company via The Range.GRS where fantastic quality of furniture excellent .delivery was very speedy.plus helped me greatly with an issue that the range could not sort.furniture was simple to put together very sturdy and has a good weight to it and should withstand any gales we may have later on in the year.same furniture I have seen for double the price.hughly recommend this company

Bought a lovely blush pink sofa from GRS Global, it's quite comfortable too. Looks even prettier in person, my friends and family love it. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them in the future.

I purchased a rattan sofa from this company and my experience was superb!! The order came 2 days before the due date (always always good sign). We then assembled it everything was there, quality was excellent thick cushions for the Seats no the thin ones the sofa itself wasn't cheap looking or cheaply made and the price was the good too. We had a part that needed to be replaced and this was done quickly, efficiently and professionally, a really good company to deal with not just when you are giving them you money but even when you need them to resolve any issues you may have. Don't hesitate to buy from these guys you will not be disappointed!!

Went into the store and found a piece of furniture that would accomplish what I needed. I said I would think about it. I was told there was one in stock on the premises. I phoned back at 4.58 saying that I wanted the item and would pick it up tomorrow (sat 31st July) I was told that my name would be put on the box. Turned up to collect and told that nothing in stock and the display unit had been sold that morning. Display unit was available from nailsworth which could be at Stroud Tuesday!!
I have purchased numerous pieces of furniture from them in the past but never again.

The rattan patio set was exactly as described. Despite being at the budget end of the range, it was robust and sturdy. Assembly could not have been simpler, with very simple pictorial instructions. The item was dispatched on time and was delivered with care.

Such a genuine company, with excellent customer service! I bought my son a new bed from here. It arrived quickly and packaged well. I stored it in the garage for a couple of weeks whilst my sons room was decorated. When we came to assemble, some brackets were missing stopping us from proceeding with the build. Dreading the process of having to chase these missing parts i rang the customer service number on the instructions. My call was answered quickly, and a very nice lady dealt with my query. Nothing was to much trouble, she told me exactly what she was doing, ordered the parts and even followed up with an email to confirm all was in place and that the missing parts would be with me within 1-3 working days. The parts arrived as promised in the time advised. Excellent company, very efficent and true to their word. I can honestly say they have been a pleasure to deal with and i wish every company was as easy, honest and professional as these have been. I would highly recommend to anyone as you really are in good hands if you should have an issue with your purchase. Thanks so much to Holly who I dealt with she is an assett to your company. Well done
