Ordered the bedframe on Tuesday and got delivered on Wednesday. The bed frame took me about an hour to put the bed together (yep I did it on my own) no additional tools required. Quality was as described on the listings.

I would highly recommend the company.

My wife and I purchased a mattress from them. Was skeptical as the price was low but went with it and genuinely so happy. Purchased a thick firm king sized mattress and it’s absolutely amazing. I’m a big guy and it hasn’t sank at all on my side. Very solid quality. Always miss it when we’re on holiday or away from home!! Been looking at their other stuff for the little ones room now!

I absolutely love my bed! I opted for the ottoman sleigh bed, which looks luxurious with the practicality of storage for an awesome price! Our mattress is brilliant too! Defo would recommend :)

Great company! Fast delivery and good quality garden set. Can’t wait to get some use out of it.

Purchased a king size bed i was unsure on the quality due to the low price but its great!! quick delivery was told upto ten days for delivery it came in 2 days i would recommend.

Avoid scammers. Bought through eBay under the name unbeatable09, they sent the wrong size item, said they'd refund but we'd have to pay for the item to be returned to them, which we did. Claimed the delivery company told them the item was not collected. We called the delivery company and they had never dealt with grs global checked the system and had no request to our address. Do not use them.

WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH.
Told delivery would be within 2 days, 16 days later NO bed.
They will NOT refund and I've had to open a case against them. Nearly £300 down with nothing to show for it.
Terrible customer service, no communication between them.
SCAMMERS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

I hadnt seen the reviews on trust pilot when I ordered my Rattan Garden Furniture (though ebay). A few days after I placed my order I checked on here to see the reviews about the company. It left a horrible feeling in my stomach as I thought I had made a huge mistake.

As promised the item arrived on time, there were no faults with it and for the price I paid it was absolutely fantastic quality.

If I am truthful I am overjoyed to get what I got for the price I paid and having had the experience I had I wonder how many of the bad reviews are true. Even their customer service was pretty decent in my opinion - they actually answer the calls compared to some companies who leave you on hold for 20 mins

Overall, happy customer and would certainly order from them again

Bought the 4piece garden corner sofa set.only half the set arrived so I called them a couple of days later and they said it was out for delivery . It arrived as promised and on both occasions the delivery drivers could not have been more helpful even helping me store it away in my garage. The customer services lady was also very helpful and pleasant .the sofa set is good quality and looks amazing , everything fitted together well and we had no problems putting it up. You only have to put the feet on . It’s the second garden set I have had from this company ordered through Groupon and I have never had a problem . I have read the reviews of others but I can only go by my own experience and I’m very happy with my products and service. Order the items through Groupon as it is cheaper by more than half the price.

DISGUSTING company, so rude, didn't give two hoots that my item wasn't received. DO NOT USE.

Refusing to send missing parts out. Dismissing emails and passing the blame disgusting

Unlike many bad reviews on here, the furniture that I bought was of a good quality, and is a sturdy manufacture, despite if being self-assembly - which
I think most people forget...

I purchased a Rattan set of furniture for the garden from Groupon, Retail around £1200, sale price around £300 - thought it was too good to be true, but dived in anyway.

Then, after the purchase, I reviewed the company that were selling them, and saw many reviews with the same sort of feedback - poor quality materials etc., and fearing for the worst, I waited for my purchase to be delivered...

Whilst the materials weren't the best, they most certainly weren't the worst - there was a couple of screws missing, but when so many are needed, missing two screws isn't the end of the world.

All the holes married up to the screws, there were occasions when it was a tight fit - but that's part of the beauty of self-assembly furniture.

The instructions are your typical single page illustrations, but the assembly was so simple, they were only a guide anyway, and once you put one stool together, or one chair, then the others are very easy to put together.

It took me just under two hours to put together four stools, four chairs and the table. A good morning's work!

Some say you get what you pay for - here you get more than what you pay for, whilst I wouldn't say the set was worth the £1,200 - it is most definitely worth more than the £300 I paid.

So thank you GRS Global - we'll be sitting in our garden on your furniture for a many few years ahead.

i am absolutely appalled that a reputable company like Groupon.co.uk are selling for these!!! purchased an ottamon bed and the quality is absolutely hurrendous!!!!!! would never have bought this has i have realised before but the description stated it would be all that i wanted, what a fool ive been!!!

Still awaiting the delivery of my sofa bed after three days. No communication whatsoever. Just keep being told various excuses each day. Do not buy from them it's more hassle than its worth.

Horrendous company - do not use them! It seems others have had a similar experience to me with regards to incomplete delivery of order.

They did not deliver product and claimd they did. Refused to take responsibility for delivery and then started making up stories and telling me not to contact the police etc.

I bought a table from GRS Global through Groupon,

I received the item and was disappointed to discover it was missing essential parts to assemble it. The steel rod that is inserted through the table to attach to the glass top was missing along with the bolt to secure the screw to attach the top to the base.

I called GRS Global and was told that it was an issue to be taken up with Groupon customer services. I then spent half an hour on hold to Groupon at which point I had to end the call as my lunch break over.

I went onto the groupon website and discovered (through their contact section) that items with missing parts or accessories cannot be exchanged, only returned. This was simply frustrating and dis-satisfactory as I want the item I just merely need the two missing parts to assemble it properly.

I contacted GRS Global and asked to speak to the manager. He was incredibly unhelpful and informed me that they pay Groupon for their customer service.

He wanted to know who I had spoken to as if they referred me back to them or were unable to help me, he I quote

"want to know what we have paid for."

He had no interest whatsoever in assisting me with my problem, nor did he offer a reasonable solution such as contacting Groupon on my behalf or simply posting the additional parts.

In the end I became increasingly annoyed as he would not take any responsibility for the goods/ missing parts and said it was groupons responsibility.

My argument and the principal is that the goods were sold to groupon from GRS Global. Therefore is it such a hardship to accomodate a paying customers needs as you've sold them items with incomplete parts.

I asked to make a complaint and he refused to tell me the process and informed me there wasn't a complaint to be made.

I shall be contacting trading standards as the are clearly selling incomplete goods and the tirade launched against me on the phone by the manager was despicable

Bought Rattan Garden Furniture through Groupon. Paid £169 instead of £700 (ha ha ha). The quality of the product is at maximum £169 so therefore you not getting any discount. Generally they selling poor quality furniture for cheap price pretending they are giving you huge discount.
All metal parts (including screws) are made from so soft material that you can screw them only once. After they in (some of them never made to the end) you will not get them out.

I ordered here brown leather bed.This product is delivery in 3 days and I didn't expect anything close to as good as what i got for the cheap price that i paid

last month, I was searching double bed so, i found it on GRS at low price.
