I booked a Unicorn Spa Party for my 9 year old daughter and 11 friends. We were promised 2 hosts and only one turned up. She had no rapport with the kids. They promised a Piñata, Chocolate Fountain, Games, Decor, Photos... none of which happened. They now refuse to answer my calls and emails. I had to pay up front and so have no recourse. I am now going to take legal action. I don't know how they can run such a shoddy business which only serves to disappoint children. Shocking!!!!

This is a warning to fellow parents and anyone. For us, it was too late.
Did not turn up! 10 years olds birthday ruined.
Looks like they were busy NOT attending parties they have taken deposits for at weekend as well as being busy trying to keep the bad reviews at bay on here.
Off to try and retrieve my deposit (good luck everyone)

Very disappointing. Party was supposed to be 2.5 hours. Lady started packing her stuff after only 1 hour and 15 minutes. She spend less than 7.5 minute per girl for massage and nails. We booked platinum but didn't get the platinum package. No respond to our complaints. No photo's, no nail art, no tattoos, no games. Very, very boring party.

The hosts were very good and patient, did a fantastic job with the kids.

A wonderful party for my daughter. She loved it and her friends. Creating a great atmosphere , and relaxing.

I can't thank N & E enough enough for my daughter's 10th Birthday pamper party. From the moment they got here they have kept the girls entertained and truly pampered. All the girls have asked about having them for their party. The chocolate fountain which was an added bonus went down a real treat. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Absolute stars

Z and s they where very amazing and z made the party very relaxing and beautiful and my daughter love it . And im glade that I booked it and I would recommend the girls and company. Thank you so much for the amazing party for my daughter .

Reasons I'm giving Grumpy but Gorgeous one star if I could give them zero that is what I would do. Concerns as follows.
1. Never arrived for the party cancelled with less than one hour notice
2. no apology was offered
3. Still awaiting my refund
4. Poor customer service avoiding my phone calls.
5. This is my 4th attempt in trying to post a accurate review of my experience with GBG but all previous attempts have been reported to trustpilot by GBG. businesses should welcome all reviews good or bad as it helps to improve and standardise the service.

Great party for 9 teenagers went really well Z was great and managed the whole thing entirely by herself after traveling 150 miles to get here, would highly recommend a party. Would be helpful if you could talk to someone when booking to chat through the options was difficult to get hold of Danielle

Amazing party from Z today! The girls had a fantastic time with the unicorn makeover and loved all the extras eg. Chocolate fountain and popcorns...Z was great with thr girls amd kept them entertained and happy...will definitly be booking again :)

WOW!!! I was really looking forward to having a pamper party for my daughter but my goodness Z blew me away! She managed 8 young 6 year old girls perfectly and I literally sat back and enjoyed it! The party was a huge triumph - well done grumpy but gorgeous! Absolutely delighted!

I booked this at the last minute as my daughter had no clue what she wanted to do for her 11th birthday? I took a chance and searched on google.
What a fantastic choice I made!! This company are fantastic. Z, the party host was amazing with the 9 girls. She had everything under control, I didn't have to do a thing!! And so friendly too. The girls were so entertained. The treatments were amazing and they had so much fun. Even though I didn't want to spend this amount of money, it was well worth it. Definitely a party th remember.

I would thoroughly recommend Z as the party host. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful - Z was so organised and so lovely with all the children and I can't wait to have another one!

What an amazing party!! From the confirmation phone call to the two and half hours spent with M & Z, we loved the whole experience. Both hosts were professional and had a real connection with my daughter and her friends. They put me at ease immediately and completely ran the party. I can not recommend this company enough... looking for an excuse to use them again before my daughter birthday next year!!! Book them today, you will not be disappointed.

N&E were brilliant party hosts. My daughter enjoyed her 11th birthday and everyone had fun!

total rip off, didn't have music at our party, 1 child didn't have the foot spa working, we paid for glitter tattoos and didn't get them. The company blames the host and the host blames the company.
They are also sneeky as they said we can get our photo's they took on THEIR phone only if we leave a 5 star rating on here! So these reviews are probably incorrect !
