Happy with the fridge freezer so far.. Good quality product.

Initially product worked well but since then experiencing some issues. Sound at end is not loud enough to hear. When washing towels does not spin thoroughly and towels still wet.

Great washing machine at a good price. This washing machine does everything I need (and more). The fast wash programme (38mins for 8kg at 40deg and 1400 spin) is suitable for my laundry. The machine is much quieter than my old one too. All in all a great purchase that matches more expensive machines but at a great price (£320 from Currys).

Great cooker, very impressed, would recommend.

Great products with 10 year warranty on motor.

I purchased a Grundig fridge from Currys for £369, which included a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Within the warranty period, the fridge ceased functioning. Grundig has confirmed that the fridge is still covered under warranty. Following their inspection, a technician determined that the fridge is beyond repair and must be replaced. Grundig provided me with a replacement (uplift) number and directed me to contact Currys for the replacement.

However, Currys has refused to replace the fridge as instructed by Grundig. Instead, they have offered a mere £65.74 for the faulty appliance. This is not only unacceptable but also a breach of the warranty terms under which the fridge was sold. Currys’ refusal to honor the warranty is unethical and has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.

I contacted Grundig who where not able to help further or even follow this case up with Currys. I am now compelled to seek advice from Citizens Advice and may escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman.

It does what it is designed for and, very quietly, magic.

Wasn't delivered when expected. When eventually delivered Installation not completed due to damage done by Installation personnel to u-bend.

Very good easy to use.

There was slight damage to one of the burner rings, but customer services are sorting. It is not obvious from the website that the gas hob needs an electrical supply to light the burners unlike some others that do not.

After reporting a noise problem with our new washing m/c, 2 Engineers arrived promptly to investigate. Within minutes they had identified the problem- a reversed filter in the filling hose, so nothing to do with the machine itself. They then ran it to confirm the noise had gone - very thorough. We then discussed it's "green" credentials. Before leaving they offered to reposition the machines I had moved to give them space to work. Examplary!

The fridge does everything we want it to, and was reasonably priced.
Customer service was very quick to respond to my query, and actually answered the question, rather than saying 'we'll get back to you in x hours'.
The problem I had was finding the serial number so that I could register for the extended warranty: the information in the manual was useless, the web site was wrong, and that's why I had to ask someone

Extremely happy with my new integrated fridge freezer bought from Curry's. After doing lots of research I selected Grundig as it offered all the features I was looking for at a good price in my budget. The appliance is quiet and there is plenty of space inside. I especially love the wine rack for storing bottles and the salad and dairy drawers which are really big and slide in and out very easily making them easily to remove and keep clean. The top freezer drawer has a convenient tray that allows you to get ice cube trays in to freeze really easily without spilling anything. The tray can easily be removed if it is not needed. I am really pleased with this purchase so far and the lengthy guarantee gives added peace of mind. Would definitely recommend, excellent value for money.
