Great product, clean dishes 👌

Good Dishwasher,very quite and easy too use.App is a good idea

Everything we wanted from a large fridge freezer, space and accessibility.

I purchased a New dishwasher, looked around at the option available, i wanted something reliability simple but with a short 1 hour was as an option. This Grundig appliance is an excellent machine well built and works extremely well.

If You want to buy anything from Grundig, just DON'T. Our tumble dryer broke after a year from purchase, and it is unfixable apparently, as we are waiting for it to be fixed from far more than a month. Engineer came already 3 times, and all the time he is missing some part. After second visit he said he will put as on "urgent", and we were not "urgent" but "completely forgotten". If i would know what we will go through with this washing machine, i would never buy it, so lern on my mistakes and safe yourself lots of troubles.

The fridge freezer is just perfect, The interior has been skilfully designed to give maximum space. I particularly like the large pull out vegetable and fruit tray. Above that is a large area to store meats, and above that the area for dairy products. The plastic containers appear nice and strong compared to other makers' products which appeared very flimsy.

I thought it was great because it was delivered when it was supposed to be,it was unloaded and put where i wanted it,and it washed the clothes great,so lets hope it continues to be so.

I purchased an integrated slimline dishwasher. It is a lovely machine apart from the door spring tension. I have had 2 Beko engineers advise me they have not had experience with a problem of this kind. Both times I was advised that the integrated door needs to be between 3.5 to 8 kg or 5 to 8 kg. My door is 3.5 kg which is a standard kitchen cupboard weight. The door only stays open at 6.5 kg. The spring is too tight and not adjustable. I am disappointed with the lack of service to remedy the problem.

Excellent washing machine - washes really well and the eco programme is my choice and is only 2 hours 38 mins - which is fast for such an energy friendly wash. Delighted with my machine and the fact it will help to stop plastics entering our oceans.

Good quality for the money best machine in our price range.

From the start, the dishwasher door would not stay open flat, so that I was unable to pull the lower rack out to load the dishes. Even if someone else held it down, it was a struggle to keep it level enough for any loading to be done. The Grundig engineer said it had not been fitted properly by the installers and refused to touch it. The installers, when they came back to look at it, said the hinges were faulty and advised me to ask for a refund. Grundig refused to accept that there was a fault and the call centre staff in South Africa were less than helpful, to put it mildly. In the end, because the product was still less than 30 days old, I was able to get a refund from the firm who supplied and installed it, but Grundig still refused to take responsibility. I have now bought an Indesit dishwasher. I wish I had chosen this reliable brand in the first place.
