Had to return as door mechanism was faulty. Then model was out of stock so had to order from alternative manufacturer.

Bought fridge freezer in PC Word

Bought fridge freezer in PC Word, I wanted to change doors site and parts were not included, Grundik sent twice wrong parts during 3.5 months of asking for it. The poorest customer service I experienced

Disappointed with this machine

A bit disappointed with this washing machine. My old Zanussi was amazing & I only got rid of it as it was rusting by the detergent drawer. This one doesn't spin at all when I just want a quick spin on a couple of hand washed items. Also the maximum spin on longer washes still leaves clothes very wet. I wish I'd bought the Beco model instead as it was much cheaper & washes better too.

The appliance is very nice

The appliance is very nice. It is very quiet, efficient and there is no noticeable condensation through the drying process. So thumbs up for the appliance. As to Grundig we will have to see how well they treat customers if there is an issue with the appliance. But at present very happy.

I would never buy a Grundig Dishwasher…

I would never buy a Grundig Dishwasher again. I now have the same problem occurring 3 times. My dishwasher is displaying a no water warning. There is water! The dishwasher starts up, runs for a few seconds and then shuts off. Twice an engineer has been out to fix this problem and it has happened again for a third time. I have never had a dishwasher with so many issues. It's so frustrating. I would advise people to buy a different brand and save themselves the hassle.

Shameful customer service!

We've had our fridge freezer for almost 3 years, and have a 5 year warranty. Both the fridge and freezer were intermittently turning themselves on and off from 14 October. On 16 October we contacted customer services to claim under warranty. After waiting in a long queue, and explaining several times to the advisor what the issue was, they asked for our warranty reference number. I shared the number for her to then confirm that as we had registered for the warranty online, it wasn't registered in their system and I had to forward our proof of warranty to customer service. What is the point of providing the option to register the warranty online if this doesn't register on their system? Nevertheless, I forwarded our warranty registration email and then had to spell out our 29 character email address using the phonetic alphabet (because the call agent continually got it wrong) so she could locate the email. After 35 minutes on the phone, she finally confirmed that they would send an engineer out to look at the fridge on 26 October, leaving us without a working fridge freezer for over 10 days at this point. I said this was unacceptable but they couldn't offer an earlier appointment.

On 26 October, the engineer came out and confirmed there was an issue with the circuit board, but that they didn't have the part on them to replace it. We then had to wait until 9 November before they could come out to make the repair! At this point we were without a working fridge freezer for almost a month.

The engineer came out on the 9th but after that, the problem got worse. Our fridge is now at a constant 10° temperature, which is not cool enough to safely store food. The freezer is at -5°. On top of this, the fridge now makes a loud thud every 10 minutes or so that is so loud you can hear from upstairs.

We contacted customer services again and they advised they wouldn't be able to send someone out to look at the issue until 5 December. So that is at least 50 days without a working fridge or freezer, and there is no guarantee it could be fixed on the 5th December. We would likely have a further two week wait for missing parts, potentially leaving us without a fridge or freezer over the festive period.

This is totally unacceptable - absolutely pointless warranty and shocking customer service. We have lost money due to food spoiling, have had to spend more time and energy visiting the shops as we are not able to safely store food at home and are now having to buy a new fridge freezer, leaving us very out of pocket.

Will never buy from Grundig, part of the Beko family, again. We will also be staying away from Beko.

Zero Customer Support from GRUNDIG

I bought a Grundig fridge/freezer in 2020 and the purchase was duly registered with Grundig for the five year warranty on parts and labour. The front clear panel of one of the freezer drawers is broken, but when going on to Grundig’s website I find that there is no facility to log in to my original registration. Grundig provide a telephone number with a photo of an operator waiting to take calls, but the options don’t include actually speaking to anyone!
The spare parts itemised in the website includes a drawer front, but no photograph or spec, and certainly no possibility of obtaining a replacement under the five year warranty.
I would be prepared to just buy the replacement, but can’t as I don’t what I am buying in the absence of photos/specifications.
I will definitely not be buying a Grundig product again. The absence of any meaningful Customer Support makes one star overly generous!

Trying to book engineer visit for over…

Trying to book engineer visit for over a week now.
No contact made, no confirmation of the booking...
Date of the visit, no show
Called CS three times, no one knows whats going on
Rescheduled for tomorrow, asked for confirmation email/text, nothing sent, called 8.30am, on the phone for 35mins, visit cancelled with no reason and they cannot contact the engineer!!!
Rebooked for third time, no faith in this taking place
Appliance on warranty, only 2 years old, where do I go from here??!!!
Customer service is total waste of time, they do not know what they are doing and not willing to help in resolving the issue
