Tried to register our appliance online.....didn’t happen. Emailled grundig customer service, received two automated answers...now into fourth day and sent another email to them...and received another automated answer. Unacceptable customer service.

Fridge switches itself off.
I purchased a Grundig GSN10710DW Tall Fridge from Currys in October 2018 and have experienced the same problem three times in a short space of time. In November the fridge managed to switch itself off 3 times in 3 weeks. After the third time of switching itself off we contacted Grundig as the fridge is still under warranty. Grundig after sales service said they would come out and will charge us £50 if they can't find a fault with the fridge, they have said the problem is with the plug. This fridge was a replacement for my old fridge which I had for 9 years previously without any problems and plugged into the same socket. I am very disappointed with Grundigs after sales service with regard to their reluctance to send an engineer out to carry out a safety check of my fridge free of charge. I have since had the electric socket changed by a qualified electrician who said there was nothing wrong with the original socket.

Fridge freezer kept freezing food in…
Fridge freezer kept freezing food in fridge . Now doesn't work at all with fridge temperature ranging from 4 - 14 food going bad. Freezer not cold either. 3 visit from engineer - still not fixed. In 4th week of this issue + no resolution. Customer service appalling

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I have fridge freezer with a 5 year warranty. The fridge is freezing food. I have requested 3 tImes now for an engineer to come, bit everytime my request is blocked. They are saying it is my fault. I have done everything they have told me to (including fully defrosting a frost free fridge freezer) and it is still freezing up in the fridge. I have thrown away vast quantities of unusable food. I am now stuck with a faulty fridge that is only 1.5 years old and I am failing at getting them to come out and fix it

GNF41823X Grundig Dishwasher
My review is for the GNF41823X Grundig dishwasher.
This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever (not) heard. It is absolutely whisper-quiet due to the brushless motor which comes with a 10-year guarantee.
The interior lights up to make stacking easier and the plates and glasses come out sparkling clean. This is an impressive dishwasher loaded with good and useful features. I am delighted with it in every respect.
