I wanted to discuss if my fridge freezer was under warranty, was told yes, then no. After speaking to 6 people, was told had to be transferred again. I requested to register a complaint and was disconnected and sent back to the main menu. The product itself is overall good, but the aftercare is severely lacking. No matter how good a product is, if its not backed by good service, it's not worth having.
I bought a Grundig stand vacuum cleaner. After around 6 months, the vacuum cleaner stopped working. It was under warranty, raised a claim over email. I just got an automated reply immediately that due to heavy email traffic they got delay in replying. There after I waited for a reply for two months. Then I send a remainder, however I got the same heavy email traffic reply. I am writing this review after 6 months of waiting and no reply. I assume I am never going to get a reply from them. This seems to me like an fraud company selling substandard products, not following the legal regulations of warranty. I don't have enough motivation to proceed legally just for 80 Euro vacuum cleaner, so just stopping with a review here.
