The Era of Celestial's is a high cost game to play with little benefit expect to pay Thousands of dollars complete or play free for years. The IT dept. game developers are failures, expect online dropout, slow down speed while gaming, loss of items to get stronger in the game. Customer service practically doesn't exist. This game is repetitive and becomes boring. Instructions are ambiguous . Trying to build you character is time consumering because of failure which is part of the game 5 to 1 chance to succeed. Don't waste you money!!!

I'm having problem uninstalling desktop app. It's forced preventing uninstallation.

I installed on my laptop computer while spending time on weekend and when i tried to uninstall desktop software. it prevented and not allowed to uninstall just after one day.

this software is completely insecure and very disturbing privacy concern or vulnerable to U.S. customers. the software seems developed at china but company accepting when buying game tokens were at England.

Please share if you succeed uninstalling this software.

This is the worst game i've ever seen. Its full of bugs and terribly laggy. IF it wasnt enough, if you dont spend real money on it you wont be as strong as needed to do anything. Same about all the events they make, to get some good things u need to spend money every now and then.
Dont let them scam you, they just want to get all the money u have and leave you with nothing but some shinny things in game.
Also their support is sh**. You send a ticket, they tell you to go reinstall your game, delete your cache... it never fixes it. Once they run out of "cheap excuses" they just wont answer your tickets anymore. thats how they work, and thats exactly why they lost so many players and more are quitting.

Stay clear from this Chinese owned cash-grabbing company. They released Game of Thrones on Facebook, your typical browser game with pay-to-win features. When being on Facebook for a few weeks and probably getting a fair share of customers seeing its a Game of Thrones game, they basically did a cash-grab and now claim they "Have to move from Facebook due to technical restrictions" Sounds like too many people claimed a refund to me! ** Let's move our shady game to our own website where we do "our" own support and handle refunds "ourselves" (as in not).**

They seemingly offer a migration function to move your Facebook affiliation to their own GTArcade website, but that is broke. So everyone who ever paid money on Game of Thrones because they registered through Facebook are left in the cold. If this doesn't convince this company is a scam?

Huge Scam and manipulated by admins and mods.
This game is run by some thugs who are into stealing money. I have paid a load of $$$$$ just to end up blocked from playing certain events in the game by an admin who happens to be a player!

The game is run by a big cheater who seems to be an admin who has multi characters and does everything he can to prevent others from surpass him and his characters. He added 40 Billion BR in one day for one of his characters just recently. .

The admin removes certain items when a player is about to advance and makes sure that a player keeps on struggling to collect items. They have removed "Gold" from a fixed event that is running for about 2 years now.

Unfortunately I have figured all this by this week following paying about 17K USD for the last 2 years thinking it is a legitimate game and found out that there is no actual payers but probably me who was cheered for and encouraged to keep on paying by various admins/mods/players!

If you are in this game by coincidence just run away as it is a place for thugs and thieves hired by the so called GTArcade!

I have an excel sheet and recorded videos to publish if requested to prove all the payments done and admins manipulation to the game.

beware of this scam that is run by some low life people who has no conscious or self respect.

Customer support, Whats that?
Better forget the word support and anything and all it entails because they are the ABSOLUTE WORSE "customer support" I have ever seen. Billions made in these micro-transactions, you would think they could afford to hire a couple people who actually care enough to even respond. Oh, they are ALL OVER people who rip them off, but guess what, that only goes one way because they have absolutely no problem burning you. Pathetic. The DMV looks like a shining star compared to the way these people care about they're customers. What do they care? How many billions have they ripped their customers off? Probably half their total worth comes from nothing but cheating their consumers, and making them buy the same thing numerous times, til they actually receive what they tried buying 3 months ago.

Started playing LOA3on New Year and enjoyed it. Wanted to pay a few dollars to them for some in-game benefits. I do notmind paying a bit for games I enjoyed.

Now here is the negative part. Theres nothing on the sale page telling us whether the price is in USD or my currency, and i need to make sure before purchasing. Nothing on google and ticket them no reply. They dont want my $$$?

Right now not happy with the so called support team there is a person on my server using my real name and it's a invasion of my privacy and they won't do anything about it I own my own business and can't have some pos making racist remarks and lying in have reported multiple times and they do nothing

Can I give NEGATIVE STARS? This is the absolute WORST SUPPORT of any game I have ever played online. I get it, they want to make money, that's the point but ignoring support requests, closing your ticket when they do not reply? shameful service. I cannot wait for them to go bankrupt.

all games are utterly pay to win. But when i try to remove the installer it says
Not sufficient access to remove GTarcade from the features and programs list. and i should contact system admin. And the program runs automatically when staring the PC. BEWARE THIS PROGRAM IS ACTING IN A MALICIOUS WAY, REPLICATING MALWARE

Hi all. I started with this game company 4+ years ago and only buy the monthly ticket In AOL and buy nothing in AOL 2!
Here is why.
GT Arcade has a very pricey game to play. It is not free IF you really want to build a toon. The battle rating is a joke and means nothing in AOl and in AOL 2 you need a 500 million BR to do anything! Get out your pocket book!
It is true that support is in the ozone. When I first started my toon was locked at internal furnace for 6 months! Ticket after ticket nothing. For kicks I started another Toon on another server and all worked so I would go to the old one and just biltze what I could and play the other server.
I saw rite away that you WOULD HAVE TO SPEND MONEY in this FREE game to get anywhere in it beyond a very low rated Toon.
Since I do not care about being number 1, as so many get obsessed to do, I play for FUN!
GT Arcade has miss advertised every game they have produced.
I feel bad for all of you who invested in this game at high levels and lost your account. You need to report GT Arcade to the Better Business Bureau.
Right now another bug in AOL 2,,offering a Tuesday special,,,,it does not work and you cannot close the thing! Got in the way doing Abyss! No matter I am sure they will require the cash tokens, (the topaz), so I skip them. Soon I will be stuck and can go no further until I spend Money.
The monthly card still is the best and take your time folks. Do not get the credit card out and drop hundreds just work up slowly. Two things will happen,
1 Your pocket book will not suffer from a non tangible thing.
2 GT Arcade's income would drop!
Perhaps then they will take notice of the people who play the game and really will spend MORE IF GT Arcade would really have a support system that worked and cared about the issues that come up.
Wake up GT Arcade! Merging servers just means there are FEWER players!
Your rotten support needs to be fixed before I invest in a big Toon!

Great games. Horrible support. Devs only care about getting youroneu but not improving the game or experience.

The company has player moderators that provide the worst customer service as a front for the company which rips players off and creates a Pay to Play only game, but calls it play for free. It's a scam. Players actually caught employees rigging the game against players in multiple events by putting plants in game in League of Angels - Angel World Cup and in previous - Cross Server Tycoons. Over the years, LOA has increased the cost and decreased free to play features by more than half. Everyone should hear of the trouble with these games.

Well.the game is very good as it is- BUT if you do get problems with recharge like mistake from LOA2 side, you write a Ticket(s) like in others game online but You will not get answer from them if they think that will
make you make more and more Recharges -Bad Business from GTarcade and League of Angels 2. Will not recharge any more on
Server 1363 Bathin-GMT as long they don t give back resource they own
me.After so much recharging not Respect from GTarcade side
