Horrible Company

I am beyond mad at this company. My character based on the picture I was smart enough to take of my account (as I do not know the exact BR, etc of my character since the photo was taken 03/22/2017) was level 77, 2115364 BR, and so HUNDREDS of dollars invested with achieving V9. This all of course is from, LEGACY OF DISCORD. A mobile game GTarcade owns. I created and used my account since day one via Game Center with IOS (Apple). About three months ago I could no longer access my account via iPad. I sent an email to the support email provided from their "official" website with no response. Another month sent a follow up still with no response in return. All this time I was still able to log in and play on my iPhone. Well, now I can't log into my account with either device. Third email to company and still no reply. Searched the internet without much avail to finding a solution when I noticed this site and the blessing of putting this out there for others wronged after paying BIG MONEY. I tried creating a GTarcade "official account" so I could maybe have more option to speak to someone, but that's bogus too! It kept saying my passwords didn't match then "this account has already been created"? Yet, when I try to log in, nothing happens...... Convinced and wouldn't be surprised at this point if I'm being hacked by the company.

Terrible support and customer service

The support staff at GTA is totally unacceptable.
I made a purchase but I did not receive the item I am supposed to get. So I tried to contact the support regarding this issue, in total I created 3 tickets.
1st and 2nd ticket: Their reply was "Hello, the status of your recharge is completed, thanks for your recharge !" Where I told them that is not the issue I'm not checking if the status of recharge is completed. But I did not receive the item for my purchase!
No reply for a few hours so I decided to create a 3rd ticket showing them prove that I did not receive my item so don't tell me about recharge status is complete. And their reply was "Hello, the status of your Payment ID is completed, thanks for your recharge."
I had spent thousands of dollars on their game and when I have an issue with a $50 purchase they refuse to give me the basic attention and respect for a customer.

I have turned in 4 tickets dating in December 2016 March and 2 in April 2017 none of the have been resolved they have no problem with taking your money but that is as far as their customer service goes I did not get times I paid cash for twice and I have had game items that I purchased with items that i spent cash on disappear they have done nothing to resolve the issues and they just keep adding up Like I said they take your money and that all they care about.

Game Development and support.

The MageRealm game itself, I have enjoyed and loved playing for over a year. The major issues I have is with GT Arcade are:

1. Pulling the Development Team from the game and leaving many things unfinished.
2. Various Game events such as Banisher, Tarot Card, Lucky Wheel and etc have been stopped in the game.
3. The support for the game is barely existent.

Support from GTarcade has always been unreliable.

I do not recommend playing games from this company. Support has always been poor, but the last month with Magerealm it had been non existent. They just stopped the game events without notice, and those that have to have them for advancing are not able to get items we need.

Crappy company

GTarcade had a very good game that I loved (Magerealm), but after about 6 months of playing, they slowed support down drastically until there seems to be no more devs working on supporting or advancing the game, and all the while, they still have their recharge button working just fine. I spent tons of time, and a decent amount of money, and now I have nothing to spend their in game currency that I paid for with real money on because they stopped running all events for the past 2 weeks. I still have thousands of diamonds, with no way that I can find to get a refund. I will NEVER play another GTarcade game again!

Worst Support i've ever experienced.

This Company milks her customers with Buggy stuff in their games. Support Needs weeks to month to react. - At Weekends there is no Support at all no matter if there is an ingame Event running.

Actually this Company seems to be a fraud with just Frustration for the Players.

they have zero support and even have the nerve to tell you to send personal info to a public forum for mods/regular non employed people to get involved.

I just need the address of their registered agent in usa so I can slap a lawsuit on them for theft of services.....money and time I have so I don't mind making them spend theirs for continuances until a court date actually arrives.

GTarcade Scammers

Gtarcade making dev accounts so big to get top spots to force players to coin more, the carrot you will never get. When i caught them red handed making 3 dev accounts on my server they booted me from a so called trusted dev room then blocked me on facebook. the 3 accounts i caught them making is Henry, Xenia,Jankos. They did not deny it.

Response to GTarcades reply: Your response is typical I have multiple support tickets that are unread for months. GTarcade doesn't even respond to any and all support tickets. I will expose your scamming all over the net.

Horrible Support. Don't waste your money like I did.

Ok. I got response from my email to lodsupport@gtarcade after 7 days!!! Now, we came to an agreement and i'm supposed to get my account restored from the transaction error. Guess what? Another days of no response and today is the 4th day. Why would a paying customer get this kind of treatment? I love the game and i spent $600+ within 3 weeks. But the support is not cutting it out. Was ready to shell out some cash for the new years event. I guess i'll miss that or maybe never get to play the game again. Worse support i've been to unless this company get me the help i need.

horrible support. only cash grab events

Have made alot of support tickets, all give the same reply:

"Hello. We’re very sorry, but since we've got a lot of tickets pending, we might not be able to deal with you problem in time. To make sure that your problem get resolved more quickly, for such problems, we suggest that you report via our forum, or through the in-game GM function, where you may post your questions there, and wait for the player moderators to answer for you. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience! We hope that you are always enjoying yourself in the game! "

Everyone are saying they get the same reply and noone has ever gotten any answear on the forum, its basicly their trashbin.

They even go as far as making fake posts here with 5 stars which should say everything about the company.

Bad customer service. Lacking global support.

This is a wonderful game to play as long as no problems arrive and you need customer service. Jr. Moderators can contact higher ups to receive time sensitive information. Some of the higher up seem to only work local times to themselves, while attempting to run a global game. For servers that don't share time with China, this is a big problem.

Attached is correspondence from the forums they ask you to use when you have a problem. Turn around time for problem solutions are unacceptable.

I recieved this message in my ingame mail today. I have responded via email to the email address located within this message:

We’re informed that there might be some problem with your recharge. For security concerns, we have to suspend your recharge for now. Could you please check your account and the card you used for recharge, as well as the payment history? We need you to make sure that all those payments were authorized by you. If you have confirmed about it, we’ll unlock your recharge then. If you have more question about this, please contact jiayz. Thank you very much for your understanding!

I very much appreciate the due dillegence in protecting your customers financial information, however I made these charges, and I have sent email explaining my recharge issue with not only paypal but through worldpay when using any mastercard. Currently I can only recharge with my visa debit or through MOL with the use of Rixty. If someone could review the emails or give me another email to verify whatever information is need I would appreciate it. I would like to resolve this as fast as possible, no responses have been recieved by email as of yet. Would like to finish out the current events that close today.

Alright, thank you for your quick response as usual to forum post. You know what, maybe it's time to let it go. I'm asking a company to let me spend my money on virtual property which I will never own. The more times I experience issues the more I think about other ways to enjoy my time and money. Teir, I think you have been one of the quickest to respond to concerns. and since you can't say it, I understand your hands are tied in many cases and you can only repeat the information given to you by your higher ups. Hats off to you, I'm thinking the next issue I experience in game will seal the deal. It's getting more frustrating than fun.

So far I have emailed chenxy and Jiayz for assistant with this matter. I am still waiting on a resolution. I was asked to check to make sure no unauthorized charges were attempted from my accounts. I have done so and responded to the email provided to me. Looking for someone that might actually be checking their email so I can get this over and done with.

After 3 days of no help with this I get this message, after responding to the super mod. But my account is still locked. Ask if anymore information is needed. Back to waiting. Can someone please get on this and take care of it all at once. Time to receive help in game is ridiculous. It started off a good gesture and showed positive security controls. But part of having positive controls is releasing all actions taken when correspondence is complete.

A respectable 24 hour turnaround would be good. However, assuming the two super mods I sent this message to don't work weekends, 72 hours is acceptable. To respond and not fully take care of the problem at that time, bad customer service. Your saying your ability to talk to your higher ups takes longer than that, this is unacceptable. How can you give customers better service if you can't get answers yourself in a timely manner. The system is flawed.

BUGS and bad support

From the nearly none existing costumer support (they them selves say they are severely understaffed), to the plenty full amount of bugs with events, recharging and new stuff they put into the game.

When they added Dark abyss, normal abyss was bugged like hell for a week, you could win a perfect game and it would count it as every thing between a loss to a nearly perfect win, not the perfect win you got.

At times when you try to recharge, it goes through on their 3rd party pay sites, but stops short of crediting your GTA account, it wont show up on the list of transaction on their homepage, but it will show up on you bank statement.

Even if you take to the forums and to let em know about your problem(s), it can take weeks before someone from GTA acknowledges you, quite frankly astounding with all the money i believe they made over the past few months...

Support is non existant

Having played for 4 months or more, this is not a 1 time thing.
Game portions break, this is to be accepted. Some compensation is given which is ok. BUT...
Support tickets never answered at all. Is a known issue, and they state to post in the community forum instead. The support in the community forum is ridiculous. 80% of the support gamers receive is from other gamers. They have various mods, BUT these mods are performing for in game currency, and only do the minimum needed to get this. (maybe 5% of threads will get a satisfactory response and satisfy the gamers)

This is not only about player complaints, has gotten so bad that
They have even had threads from players with How to Chargeback, process and times and legal wording to use that are remaining alive for days/weeks.

This is all due to support ticket system being broken, and their forum mods do not care.

No support, no honesty, they steal and lie, and run buggy glitchy games

What can I say,
GTArcade run a very dodgy operation,
- they entice you to spend money then dont follow through with the promised rewards or just remove the said enticement all together and pretend it was never offered.
- Support is not professional ..... it is a forum based thread run by game moderators (free workers) who have no power to resolve anything ..... they claim to pass things on but nothing gets resolved.
- any ticket that gets submitted is ignored totally
- reported issues are left unresolved ..... or we get a message claiming it is fixed ..... but it isnt.

I could go on.

And GTA ..... please dont reply with a link to your support forum ..... it doesnt work ..... if you are serious about salvaging my respect please give me an email address and a real employee to talk to
My advice ..... play the game ..... dont spend money on it

a swindler company with appalling customer service

The developers donot care about customers and keep introducing cash intensive events and a server release on a daily basis which leads to death of old servers.
The first 14 days of league of angels 2 and 7 days of league of angels 1 are interesting with loads of free diamonds and then the money grubbing starts. league of angels 1 doesnt give free diamonds at all. league of angels 2, gives little free diamonds but the events start becoming topaz-only for decent rewards.
The diamond to topaz ratio is 9:1 So, a "rose outfit+ wing" that would need 4000 topaz require, 36000 diamonds[luck based, +-2000] You get around 3000 diamonds per week That needs you to intensively spend 12 weeks collecting diamonds to solely devote to a costume, And this is the least expensive item. emerald costume costs double, eldorado triple.
Apart from this the games are full of bugs. There are frequent lags, and freezing. The response of developers and moderators is generic "refresh reinstall clear cache" even though the problem is in the company's hardware (or lack of it due to server spamming).
Be prepared to suddenly lose out on things or suddenly find your heroes or character or currencies missing. AND here's the best part: the company's t&c states that they are not obligated to re-imburse, compensate or refund you.
If you are looking forward to seeing 3-d angels (fully clothed) dancing around, feel free to play it's games. Otherwise, might as well skip it.

Worst Support / Development ever. Never ever spend a Cent again for Games from GTArcade

I was buying Topaz for real Money because of an Event they had (Brewfest). They offered 3 Ingame Tokens (Whisky-Bottles) for 70 Topaz each attempt. The Items could be used on a shop ingame to get Heroe-Shards, Items and more. After a few attemps of buying i found out, they gave only 1 instead of the 3 Ingame Tokens. The description clearly said 3. I found out on the forum, that this issue was already reported on first day of event and i was buying on third day, so they just let me and others run into it. After complaining on their support forum and asking for compensation, nothing but ignoring the topic of me and a lot of others, that reported the same issue, happened.
Beside that, the game is full of bugs, the support on forum and the developers is ABSOLUTELY trash and its WAY TOO OVERPRICED.

Never ever again will i spend only a cent for this company. im done with your ZERO support and your "pulling the leg of our paying members" philosophie.

Their Support-Forum and Bug-Forum is full of complaints from people that already got enough of this company and left the game cuz they feel like gotten scammed.
