Honestly the best online shopping experience. I preordered an Apex wheel stand. When preordering, the expected stock date was 7th Feb. When looking the following day, it was 13th. Got on to the support, and they answered immediately and professionally. They explained that the shipment was delayed, and when they expected it to come in.
The order was actually shipped a day before expected, as well as it seemed they upgraded my delivery, because it was on next day.
I’ve received my order today and couldn’t be happier. The same day the shipment was expected.
Perfect service throughout. Incredibly informative, and the products are second to none!

I have purchased PRO Series - GEN 2.0 last year. Chair is really good vs price. I had some issues with bottom parts caused by me and asked support from GT Omega after 1 year of usage. They supported me better than I expected. Really appreciated and recommend their products to all.

My experience with GT Omega is a very good one. I have been using Gt Omega products since 2009. I had one of there first rigs it's lasted me for 13 years with out any problems and then I sold it on hopefully it's still in use. And now I have the prime rig it's very solid I am so happy with this rig.
I have been back to GT Omega and extended my rig with other parts.
Customer care at GT Omega is one of the best around in my opinion plus delivery is very.fast.
I highly recommend GT Omega to anyone you will not regret dealing with this company

Great customer service and product, 2nd chair from GT Omega and can't fault the quality.

In summary: GT Omega items are sturdy and well made! they take a long time to be delivered and if you have a problem then things start to go downhill very fast with the phone support being non existent and customer service via email generally being slow to reply and not resolving the issue completely, I personally will not use again!

I’ve made 2 Purchases from GT Omega. The first went well, the Titan cockpit is very sturdy and well made, I was impressed although items did take a while to arrive.

I then purchased a desk and a zephyr chair, again they took a while to arrive (over a week). When they were finally delivered the main box for the chair was missing! I assembled the desk which is very sturdy, a great desk! and meanwhile tried to contact their customer service about the main box for my chair. Well their phone support is none existent (they just don’t answer the phone) and communication via email generally takes days to get a response which I found very frustrating. David from their customer service team finally replied to me apologising for the courier “DX” misplacing my item and promised me a refund on the delivery costs, and to chase them on it, which I found acceptable (I have never received the refund for delivery costs). One week later the missing box arrived and upon trying to assemble the chair I realised that all of the bolts were missing along with the memory foam cushion, again customer service was awkward to reach, I used the M8 bolts from an old chair which has worked but did not have the fixings to attach the plastic side plates as they are specifically designed for the chair. After back and forth emails again with David (each taking 24-48 hours to get a reply) I finally received some bolts but never received the cushion. Now for such an expensive chair this is completely UNACCEPTABLE to be anything but perfect!
I just wanted the whole thing over with at that point so I have not chased it anymore but I will say looking back.. I wish I had just gone to Secret Labs for the chair!!

Found GT Omega thru you tube . when the time was right to upgrade my rig and other accessories I haven’t looked back since fantastic purchase so happy . Great guys with questions you ask and really helpful. As I’m in the uk delivery is really quick. Well done Gt Omega keep up the good work

John & Thomas Mc were absolutely incredible with helping me fulfil an order I was having trouble with. Even through the Christmas & New Years rush they were still happy to help out with an issue most companies would normally just push aside, top tier customer service! If any higher ups at GT Omega see this, GIVE THESE GUYS A RAISE!! Absolute Legends!!

I have emailed and I have phoned twice and you just can't get a response? All I want to do, is to track my order which was nearly £500 pounds, but it directs you to a site called shop, but it doesn't allow me to do anything, and one point I'm sure it said delivered, but that's definitely wrong as Im still waiting for it. Why doesn't somebody just get back to you? I rating this low Purely because of the terrible customer service experience. I'm worried and concerned as it's a lot of money to layout.

After watching many videos from GT Omegas content creators I decided to go ahead and treat myself to the Prime Lite Cockpit, Chase Bucket seat and some Moza gear.
From the product quality, customer service and everything else GT Omega as a company have been great.
A massive thank you to Thomas McC from their support team for putting up with all my questions and answering them very professionally.

The Prime Lite -
Overall build quality is solid as a rock, there's absolutely no flex what so ever, looks very nice with the black paint, can be easily adjusted by loosening a couple of screws. I would say the instructions could be a bit clearer but once I complete a couple of steps I soon got the hang of it. As for the bucket seat, I wasn't expecting it to be as comfy as something like a office chair but was I wrong! Surprisingly the chair is actually really nice to sit in, I participated in a 8hr Endurance and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Moza R5 Bundle and Accessories -
After tonnes of research when looking into my first direct drive wheel the R5 bundle and some accessories such as the brake performance kit seemed like the best pick! So I ordered this along with my rig and again wow I was amazed. Compared to my old Logitech G923 the build quality and power the base produces is amazing! The bundle comes with everything you need to get started with the base, wheel that uses quick release for easy upgrades and the pedals.
I did have one issue with the pedals recently where the accelerator started to squeak but with some communications from GT Omega's support team they recommended to use something like WD40 PTFE Dry Lubricant or Graphite Powder. After using some Dry Lubricant the issue went away straight away and after looking at a couple of forums this does seem to be a common thing that's needed to be done every so often with these kind of pedals.

So overall I've had an fantastic experience with GT Omega and highly recommended to anyone that's wanting to level up their sim racing.
I will be using them soon to order the Moza KS wheel and CRP2 Pedals.

Upgraded my Apex wheel stand with the seat frame and an RS9 seat. Ordered in the Christmas holidays and it still took less than 7 days to arrive - perfect! Good quality stuff.

I bought a DOF Reality Motion Platform and did a lot of research looking at YouTube videos, Forums etc.

I didn’t want to modify the Platform by drilling holes etc so it was important that the seat fitted straight away. The seat is extremely comfortable and is able to accommodate the larger person. It also looks the part. An important suggestion I would like to make is to add more size and fixing holes information as it was only the above video that confirmed this for me.
All in all a great purchase.

I'm reducing the review by 2 stars after my latest order.
One item was not in the box and it took 2 weeks and 21 emails to sort out. If you item doesn't arrive, be prepared to wait until GT Omega has received a refund from their courier before you will get your item or money back. I had to chase the query a few times and the customer service was pretty poor. I doubt I'll be placing any more orders in the future.

The Prime Lite is hands down the best sim racing frame for the price. It's incredibly solid, expandable, and has a sleek, stylish design. I bought the frame, monitor mount, plate, and Moza handbrake, and everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I made a small error with my handbrake order, but the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time. I highly recommend this company to anyone passionate about sim racing!

I purchased all my kit due to Rory Alexander's recommendations, i love all the kit and have tweaked things up.. if you have the space and the ££ this is defo the best around

GT1010430UK I recently bought the prime cockpit, prior to the order communication was good answering my queries quickly, I got my delivery 1 box missing and with the rs12 seat and additional side mount, the seat is to wide to the point where I can't get my hand on the lever to recline the chair as it tight against the side support. I have emailed numerous times and just seem to be getting ignored not great when you have just spent £1200 with them.

Great customer service, my son wanted a racing set for Christmas and I had no idea about these things, contacted customer service and they were super helpful and helped me get compatible items, great service Thankyou
