Horrible service!
I honestly don’t know what system is being used here, but it clearly has nothing to do with schedules anymore. Buses leave five minutes early, then arrive twenty minutes late, some connections don’t show up at all, and the next one is completely unpredictable again. How is anyone supposed to rely on that?
People do not use public transportation for fun — they need to get to work, appointments, doctors, or make connections on time. If a bus is late, that is already frustrating enough. But if it leaves early while passengers are relying on the posted schedule, that is simply unacceptable. People should not have to be fortune tellers just to catch a bus.
The worst part is the complete lack of reliability. It honestly feels like some drivers operate on whatever timing they personally feel like, instead of following an actual schedule. Punctuality seems to be treated more as a suggestion than a responsibility. Accountability toward passengers should work very differently.
A schedule should not feel like a game of surprises. In its current state, it is nearly impossible to properly plan daily life around this service. This is not just frustrating — it is simply poor service.
