Don't ignore all the negative reviews
Despite quite a lot of negative feedback I decided to use it. One of my coins balance never appeared in the wallet despite correct transfer. Their support is a joke and stalled me with generic answers (I still think at least one of them was just a bot) for nearly two weeks. At the end I have imported the balance with private key to another wallet - which I didn't know was possible. When specifically asked them about other ways to gain access to my token they didn't suggest it which is at least a bit suspicious.

ONT Staking
Sadly like others I have my staked Ont disappear and my wallet has no coins.
I have contacted support multiple times but no answers have been supplied screen shots etc even found the address of the validator it’s sitting on. I can even see my 500 staked ont via the mobile app sitting in limbo with no way to withdraw as get an error invalid validator those do not show on desktop version. Clearly some issue on the wallet. Started staking in late 22 and the issue started in early in 24 still no resolve. I did manage to claim my rewards from my staked ont of Ong that were there before it all broke via the mobile app. That was in Dec 24.
It would be nice to have this sorted as clearly it has happened to others which they deny mine is a one off apparently.

Your setup makes it very challenging to use. It disregards the validator I am currently using and if FAILS too often.
And on ZIL- It is impossible to claim rewards. 0xc9b4da416e8e0eaba17c0f46829b96c59683480cd4b6316c0c0ab3c98d800969 AND- the bonus is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to UNSTAKE without claiming rewards FIRST! A real poor setup.
