Smooth experience
Well received the watch and the process was smooth. The only thing was tracking the timeline, which wasn’t perfect, but fine overall.

Personalized, responsive, great manners, top service
One of the most personalized experiences and phone and email support I ever had.
Prompt replies to my emails, explaining all my questions with patience and detail, and at the end the watch arrived exactly on the day that I was promised it would arrive.
I personally think I will not use any other supplier in the future, there's no reason to go anywhere else.
