Overall happy with them.
I have only made a 3 orders.
Only critical point is the items on the website are priced very competitively and sometimes cheaper than other retailers but the prices are without VAT added. The hidden VAT charge is not mentioned until applied at checkout.
For a first time customer this can be confusing.
That aside I could buy from other retailers but choose Guardian Vape because of their free dispatch and postage times are fantastic.
I have seen other reviewers say they receive freebies with their orders. I have not received any with mine. Maybe it's to do with how much you spend or postage costs.
Overall I am happy with their service.
