Guardline took my $$$ and vanished
This review was going to be 4 stars until Guardline customer service disappeared. They sold me a defective unit and refuse to reply to any of my attempts to exchange for a proper one. I mistakenly relied on their products to add safety and security for my family however, due to Guardline’s complete lack of product support, my property has a vulnerability. Their website falsely claims that their “Customer Service team is here for you 24/7” and “We Live for Our Customers.” They did get my $$$ but that is the only thing they’ve done. Their contact links are broken, their phones ring and nobody ever answers and they’ve never responded to any of my emails. Looks like I’m stuck with a useless piece of junk. NOTE: I do have three other Guardline products that have worked well over the past 2 years (that is why I trusted them) but I don’t know what happened to this American business.
