Easy order, fast shipment, great communication
It was very easy to order the food at a great price. The shipment was fast, as well as the time for the package to get to me. I needed some more information and the customer service was there to help.

Terrible delivery "service!"
I cannot really evaluate you as a company, but I can evaluate your distributer, G.L.S. ... Its terrible!!! Delivery stated my order would be delivered last Friday. I waited home ALL DAY for them. They did not ring the bell. Then they said I was Absent. NOT TRUE!. Im waiting now, on Mionday and no sign of them. Very bad "service". Other neighbours have said the same. PLEASE stop using this company, they will give you a bad name and customers will go elsewhere. I will!.

Delays with no communication
When ordering kibble, i usually have my order within a maximum of 72 hours. This took 6 days, with no communication about a delay. A response to my enquiry about why the delay only received after 4 days! I won’t be repeating the mistake of ordering from this company again.
