Easy to order online, flowers arrived on day requested.
Beautiful Freesias and still looking amazing 7 days on.

I ordered 30 Freesias to be delivered to my Mum on her birthday and paid an extra £15 to get guaranteed delivery on the named day. The total order was £60.

Not only did the flowers not turn up, but the order was marked unfulfilled on their website. What a waste of time

Bought 18 pastel pink roses for partner for £50 odd pounds. I’m no flower expert but certainly not the response from my partner I was hoping for. “Look no better then £10 flowers from Lidl” apparently, 🥹 paid extra for next day/ specific day delivery and flowers look like they’ve been in a box for a few days . Do look better in vase ( once all dead removed) so hoping they perk up a bit Didn’t take photos as can’t be bothered to chase a refund and was keen to remove dead bits to try and make them look better.
Look beautiful on the advert , very very average in reality. Very disappointing knowing I could pop to the shops and get better quality for £10/15😞

I ordered the long stem freesias for my mum so haven't seen them. She says they're lovely and after a week they still smell and look great.They arrived exactly the day I requested, in perfect condition thank you 😀

Very well packaged, and arrived on time.
But I had been looking forward to that lovely freesia aroma, but there was virtually none. Disappointed, because the scent was my main reason for ordering.

The flowers are beautiful & delivery was quick. They're better quality & last longer than supermarket flowers

I ordered some Singapore orchids in early January. The information said they would take 2 to 3 days to arrive. They didn't arrive until 25th January having got lost in the post. When they arrived as you can imagine they were not in a good condition. However Guernsey flowers responded immediately and were very apologetic. They resent the flowers which arrived yesterday and they are absolutely fabulous. I am thrilled with them. They look amazing and so different. The orchids arrived in their own travel vials for the journey and looked like they had been picked that morning. There was also some chocolate and an apology even though the fault was with Royal Mail. I will definitely order again. Thank you

The flowers arrived on time and my daughter was absouletly over the moon with them. I will certainly be ordering somemore soon.

I was sent a bouquet for Christmas by my 90year old grandmother. The flowers were awful, battered and dried out; there was not a complete set of stems as per the online photographs and what was included looked like they had desperately run out of stock. They arrived on the 19th, I immediately contacted customer service which says they will be in touch within 24h - they eventually replied on 8th January asking for photos which I had already submitted and binned what had survived of the flowers.
They have not dealt with the problem, my gran also told them the flowers were awful and didn’t get any sort of response.
I wouldn’t usually have bothered to leave any sort of review except that they’ve taken the email address I send to submit my complaint and added me to a mailing list in breach of GDPR.

Consistently high quality, beautiful flowers, always delivered on time and excellent customer service.

Cannot praise this company enough. When I ordered I incorrectly put my own address as the recipient! Had a massive panic and emailed them immediately. Within the day they had responded and corrected the address. My sisters white wedding tulips arrived on the requested date in very smart packaging so my sister knew her flowers were quality blooms from Guernsey. The tulips were beautifully fresh and went pride of place on her wedding buffet table.
The flowers although not cheap were excellent value for money. In this case you get what you pay for!
I will definitely be using this company again and again :)

Beautifully package 50 stems of white freesia. In bud some just opening. Perfect strong and healthy flowers. Just fantastic.

After a problem about non delivery of Christmas flowers I have now had a very responsible response from the company who have generously refunded the purchase and delivered a beautiful bouquet. I am most appreciative.

An absolutely beautiful bunch of freesias, very l8ng dtemmed and opened into wonderful generous sprays of flowers. Enough for 3 vases.

Beautiful wrapped flowers in Preston’s condition. I’ve changed the water every couple of days as suggested and they have lasted fantastically, still going strong a week later. Highly recommend

I ordered some freesias for my mum, which are her favourite flower.
After she didn't receive them on the due day, I contacted them. They were very apologetic as an email hadn't been sent to me explaining a shortage.
This was rectified immediately and my mum received her flowers.
I cannot fault this company, as they kept the communication going and the delivery was very quick. Well done. I shall be ordering from you again.

I ordered some freesia’s for my mum’s wake as she had freesias in her wedding bouquet 65 years ago and went on honeymoon to Guernsey, so it seemed very fitting to order them from Guernsey Flowers. They came in tight bud which was great and have opened up beautifully giving us a lovely scent to remember mum by!
