Finally I find Guest on air they are
responsiveness, and caring , I have complete confidence in their ability to promote, maintain, and generate revenue from my property.i did recommend to my neighbour and they are happy as well using guest on air

I switched to Guest on air this year…

I switched to Guest on air this year after I been let down by my previous property managment
Short-term rental is our only option for us, as we’re away for part of the year, but we also don’t want to leave our flat empty for those rather long stretches of time. However after a bad experience with our ex-service provider (not keeping us informed, not responding at times!!) I had almost decided to stop renting out our flat, when a friend recommended
Guest on air
We’ve been using their service for about seven months now and I love that the team at Guest on air seems to genuinely care. There were some mishaps with the flat at some point but they really stepped up and got them fixed in no time at all (and really well!). Knowing that I can rely on them and the team gives me the peace of mind I was looking for go ahead with confidence give a trial and say thanks to me cheers

I’m really impressed with Guest on Air

I’m really impressed with Guest on Air and with everything they are doing - cleaning my property after guests, linen arrangements and linen quality, the type of guests they brought and how their management left my guests happy and in turn they left good reviews for my property.

I finally found a company who care about my needs as a landlord and for my property. I wish them to keep going in the same way and expect that they will continue this way of management and service quality.

I chose their 14% package which suits my needs as a landlord. I have worked with different companies before charging different rates but honestly with all the services that come with this package it is well worth it.
