Completely abysmal service, happy to take money from your account and cancel after 4 days leaving you waiting for your money back

stating you dont ship to ireland when the option and shipping rates are on your site is complete false advertising.

do not order from these people. find a credible source that wont ignore your emails when they dont feel like following up.

and telling customers their order is cancelled by their request is also lying through your teeth.

stay clear of this site by any means.

Very bad experience

I asked them if their non alcoholic wines were 100% alcohol free as some still have 0.05% more or less still in. They said it was completely free from alcohol, no trace of it on the one I ordered. I received it today and on the label, which was written so small that I needed a magnifying glass to read, it says it contains 0.09% of alcohol. So false advertising and not easy for consumers to see and read. I told them I want to return my order and if I have to pay for it, but I had a very rude response telling me just to return it and pay the cost for retuning it! Customer service absolutely disgusting and not taking any accountability for their actions. I do not recommend to buy from this company!

These wines are INCREDIBLE! I only have halal drinks but my other half is a wine connoisseur. We both enjoyed the wonderful full bodied but light flavours of the dornfelder and the Riesling seemed to be just the thing when hangin about in the kitchen catching up on life, the universe and everything. Am so over the moon with these products. As someone who used to drink A LOT of wine, I can honestly say this is healing something in me, it’s bringing all the fun of who I was then into a much healthier and happier me now. Thank you again,

You all have to try the Jinger Turmeric
and Ginger. It is AMAZING! I'm taking shots every single morning and this is the perfect start of my day. The taste is so good, and the drink has many beneficial properties thanks to the ginger and turmeric. I've just
ordered mv third bottle and can't wait to start drinking it again.

I saw Guiltless wines at manchester christmas markets and the Sales lady was amazing, she is a local business owner and had a really positive attitude, she let me sample a large variety and I ended up buying a few bottles of red! Really recommend the dornfelder, the konig kreiger cab sav, and the ginger drink is beautiful in hot water in the morning. Will definitely be ordering online again soon :)

I am so pleased to write this review. My initial career path was in the wine trade, working as a trainee manager for the wholesale side of the CWS wines & spirits, and having spent some years in the trade. Although I enjoy the occasional wine with my food, I do not enjoy the alcohol content as I am very health conscious having later owned a business in the health industry. The introduction to non-alcoholic wines came through a pub lunch with friends when I asked for an alcohol free drink at the table and was informed of their new alcohol free rose, which I enjoyed immensely. Since then I have gradually replaced almost all of my small wine collection with Guiltless wines I researched online. Often fruity with fine overtones of a Riesling, claret, or burgundy, etc: I love to have a full bottle, opening it at our evening meal, and finishing it off throughout the rest of the evening, ... without the chance of a hangover, knowing my habit is healthy and thoroughly enjoyable. Guiltless have been excellent with speedy delivery, a really good range of wines to choose from, good packaging (though I would like the packaging to be much more eco-friendly please). Being a diabetic, I would like to enjoy more wines that are zero sugar too as with some I get a large spike in my blood glucose and will be looking at the range again to choose better options for me (To Guiltless, could you please put a note on sugar free options within your stock list) . All in all a very good experience and I will continue to replenish my stock!

Guiltless Wines is a fantastic brand, especially the red wine. Still get the flavour and juices of original red wine even without the alcohol. I was impressed with the fast delivery and the online service, will definetly be shopping here again.

A great alternative to alcohol wines and not too dissimilar to the real thing. A little on the expensive side, but prompt and efficient service/delivery, with surprising choice/selection of red,white, rose, and mulled wine plus gin!

I recently had cancer and was not able to drink, I found that guiltlesswines had a good range of wines. I did purchase a red wine bundle and was surprised they were good quality wines. Speedy delivery and good customer service.

Have enjoyed many bottles and so far our favourites are the sparkling ones. A nice refreshing change from alcohol and it feels like a treat.

When alcohol started to give me stomach pains, I turned to non-alcoholic alternatives. I bought 3 bottles of the champagne-style drink. Disappointingly, it was undrinkable despite trying it on different nights in case it was me. I also tried adding orange juice to make a bucks fizz but the unpleasant taste overwhelmed the orange juice. Having bought other types of non alcoholic fizz for Xmas it was disappointing and an expensive mistake.

After stopping drinking alcohol I thought I wouldn’t be able to enjoy wine anymore. I tried supermarket non alcoholic wine and couldn’t find one that I liked. I then found Guiltless wine and haven’t looked back. I have tried several different wines and have enjoyed them all, some more than others. Also, I also had to stop drinking caffeine and couldn’t find a warm drink to replace my coffee and tea until Alya, at one of her growers markets, recommended I try “Gimber” I did and it is amazing. I drink it in hot water with mint leaves and a slice of lemon. Also it is amazing over ice with mint leaves and topped up with fever tree tonic. Alya has been brilliant in recommending various wines to try. I will be buying a regular supply of wine from Guiltless and won’t feel like I am the odd one out at parties anymore.

Pierre Zero Merlot: tastes like sweet red grape juice.
Konig & Krieger Cabernet Sauvignon: tastes like red grape juice.
Espora Fitness Tinto Cabernet Sauvignon: tastes like thin red grape juice.
As you can tell as a red wine lover these 'wines' were a huge disappointment. 0% beer tastes just like beer without the alcohol but these taste nothing like red wine. Sadly an expensive experiment!

Fantastic service and fantastic wine! Considering its alcohol free, it tastes really good - great for my pregnant wife as a substitute!!
