I purchased the faded sonic blue lacquer, hardener and, as I didn't have one, a spray gun as well.
The spray gun was defective, which was annoying, but I took the issue up with the company who, graciously, apologised and gave me a refund.
I look forward to a successful result , having purchased a professional spray gun, and can highly recommend the service this company provides.

Order was sent very quickly.
The guitar arrived very well packaged and it's parts are very well done and prepared.
I have tried a test assembly and everything seems to fit without any issue or flaws.
This could have lead to a 5 star, but I feel documentation is a bit poor, especially regarding assembly, lacking for schema or screws referencing ? but should not be a problem I guess.
Still, the real reason why I removed a start is that with the guitar I order filler, paint and varnish, but the filler box was broken underneath, then I guess the filler is partly dry making application a bit problematic. I will contact support for that.
Overall I have no regrets on this purchase and if, like I guess, assembly goes straight forward this kit, should be the first one of a series...

Very long story short, this is my 1st guitar kit when it arrived I examined all the parts the body and hardware looked to be great but the neck has bumps in the maple also chips in the finish and the really bad part is from the 1st fret to the 7th fret on the bottom edge of the fretboard has the only way I know to describe them is like finger groves. I’ve sent pics so many times now and I can’t get through to the costumer service except for twice and it is hard to see the grooves in the pics but you can if you look at it and also feel every one of them. I want the kit I want to build it but not with that neck. I don’t understand why you can’t send me another neck with a return label for the defective one that’s all I want except make sure the one sent has been inspected. But I can’t get anyone to talk with. I would love to talk by phone but no one will call me back, I’ve left several messages. / never in my life have I seen a company that is so out of touch with there US customers there reply is not true I’ve done everything I could to get them to fix this all they will offer is 40.00 dollars partial refund and I’ll probably never see that.

The guitar has just arrived. I have not done anything to it yet. The body and neck look great. The body is smooth. The neck is straight and the frets are almost perfect. Nice so far. I will update after I have completed putting it together.

Guitar body seems like it will work nicely. Replacing an Epiphone SG G-310 ply maple body. A lot better body than the Epiphone and fits that Epiphone neck (that I like).
Just got one small ding on the back of the body during shipping, which is my only complaint.
They were very responsive to my questions. Just wish they sold the pickguards separately for this model. Going to try an Epiphone SG Special pickguard.
(Update) pickguard doesn’t fit. Will have to make my own.

Fast shipping! Guitar kit arrived in mint condition. So far, I have just stained it…will complete this week.

Even though I live across an ocean, my ordered kit was shipped the very next business day and arrived to me about a week later. When the kit arrived, all looked wel except for the additional pickup I ordered was missing. They responded with an apology and noted that the pickup would ship immediately.

I bought the resonator guitar kit for my boyfriend as a birthday gift. He loves it! It will be a beautiful piece once he completes it. The quality is top notch! And it arrived super fast and very well packed. Thank you for the amazing service and product.

First kit I've ever bought, neck and fret work are surprisingly good better than expected body did need some finish sanding and routs are usable as is but I cleaned them up also. Hardware works but I had to use better posts on the licensed floyd rose to work like I want. Tuners work fine but I'm replacing those also. Pots all turn smoothly and the pre wired harness went together easily. All in all a really nice kit!

At first I was sent the wrong tracking number, but this was corrected and I received my order remarkable fast. Thank you very much.

Great service and was refunded an excess delivery charge. Lysa as very helpful, I’ve only given this 4 stars however as the guitar body I received has a crack on the maple veneer. It was easy to cover but should have arrived perfect. Other than that I’d use the company again
