Fantastic experience, staff cannot do enough the manager went way above and located the perfect dress for my granddaughter flower girl dress for my daughter wedding ,which I had tried 6 times to order and was constantly out of stock. Dress arrived and it is beautiful. Thank you so much.

Item showed available online and placed order, paid. Luckily i followed up with a call and advisor says its out of stock. 1 star for misguiding, 5 star for the advisor who advised and refunded the money.

The coloured tabs that I purchased were slightly smaller than expected but fit for purpose.
I’m sure they will help my grandson who us struggling with his colours.

Track suit should’ve have been labelled as a second as the L of England is miss aligned

Beautiful dress! We had so many compliments on the dress. The olive colour is stunning. The first one I ordered was a bit too small for my daughter, so I got in contact with them and posted it back. They sent me a bigger size! Excellent communication. Would definitely buy again from them. Thank you for the exchange :)

Never received, can't get hold on the phone.placed order on the 8th Feb, called on the 24th said the sent again, no tracking nothing only this

I mean if you did send it would have been able to give you a proper review, I was hesitating as I never heard of this company. I think lesson learned. Please refund me if you can deliver!
