Order never came, and we couldn't reach them
We've ordered 4 tires, and 2 of them came to the delivery center in 7 days, the rest never came. We waited for a month. Every time we tried contacting them we couldn't reach a real person, only AI which then canceled our order without us asking for that. Horrible experience and we'll never buy there again

I ordered 4 all-seasons tires on January 14th which were supposed to be delivered on January 27th. They splited my order into two packages. First package (2 tires) was delivered with a delay, on February 6'th. Second package (the remaining two tires) is still not delivered, in fact, it hasn't even been handed to delivery service (DPD) yet. On their page, in my order status it says that it has been delivered, but it actually hasn't. As checked with DPD, they (DPD) still didn't receive package collection order. I wrote to them 3 times by now (using their contact form) but all I'm getting is an automatic reply that they will solve the issue as soon as possible. Of course, no answer after that. Should I even mention that the contact phone number listed on their official page is invalid, that is, call cannot be established.

I ordered and payed 4 Nokian winter tyres on 30 December 2025. Today is 30 January 2026 and I still didn't receive my ordered and payed tyres. I complained and they promised that they will solve problem. I hope!

Great experience with Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF…
Bought Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF 3
195/55 R20 in rare good price for 108,00 € a piece. I also paid for DOT 2025 and they respected that. Received all 4 tires in good shape, with good DOT and reasonable fast, in 2 weeks. Only DPD delivery tracking was broken and didn't show anything. Just one day DPD sent message that tires will be on my address in 2 hours. I would by from this company again.

Worst buy ever
Worst buy ever! I placed my order for 4 all year round tires on October 15, 2025. The system said 'in stock' so I expected a delivery to my vulcanizer within 2-3 days. Nothing happened. Customer service first told me they have already been sent with DPD. In their system it says that they have not even been picked up. Then customer service said the delivery date will be on October 29, TWO WEEKS LATER! Today my vulcanizer called me that just two tires have arrived. The other two with a rare dimension are still missing. They were the only reason why I ordered with this company. Probably I will have to wait until summer to get the missing two all year round tires. Never ever would I buy with this company again. If I could rate them with zero stars, I would.
