2nd order review for gunfire
I’ve placed multiple orders from Gunfire and overall I’ve had good experiences – especially with the WE F17 V2 pistol, which worked perfectly and was exactly as expected.
However, during my latest purchase, I received a defective gas magazine with a GBBR replica, which leaked gas from both the top valve and the bottom – even in OFF position. I reported the issue immediately after unpacking the product.
While I understand that returns are part of online shopping, paying nearly 30 EUR to return a faulty item that wasn’t my fault is frustrating. Especially when the cost of a new magazine is around 60 EUR – it just doesn’t feel fair.
I didn’t ask for compensation, but I believe this is a critical area where Gunfire can improve. I strongly suggest that gas-powered replicas, especially the magazines, be tested before shipping, or at least a quality control check is done. These types of issues really damage the customer experience, especially for international buyers.
I gave a 2-star rating because of this experience, not out of spite, but out of principle. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the service, because I would like to order again, and I hope that next time everything works flawlessly.

Good but the packaging could have been better
First I need to say that I live in Sweden. I would say that my experience with Gunfire was pretty good. I did not have any real problems with any of the procedures that I had to go through to get the package. The communications that I received on updates with the shipment were good. The only detail that hinders me from giving them a 5/5 review was that they could have used better material for the protective packaging. As they only used a small amount of shredded cardboard.

Trustworthy site
The things that I ordered arrived pretty fast (took about 1 week), and were greatly packaged. Everything works as it should. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the customer service. Before ordering I wanted some pictures with the replica, but received no answer. Other than that its a great site!

poor communication refund
poor communication regarding the incorrect refund of the amount of money when I should have been refunded 2800 CZK and only 400 CZK was sent, the company is unable to respond within 3 days, I was told by phone that it would be handled within 2 days, nothing has happened so far for 4 days.

Company that “delivers” in all sense
Well everything came even before it was expected, via UPS from Poland to Croatia. Ordered parcel included all products I payed and they came in perfect condition. All props!

Pathetic service
Pathetic service, never buying from them again.
Website says that they ship within 24h - it is a lie. They shipped my order after 48h.
When placing an order it said that it will be delivered by Friday, but because of the lack of professionalism, and failure to process order on time, delivery is now scheduled for Monday.. Monday is too late. When I called the customer support and asked guy to change the delivery option before order was picked up, he said that it is not possible - what a lazy bastard, you just had to click on "cancel pick up" and "generate new pick up" - this is what a good business would do, but this company does not cares at all about its customers.
Customer support also told me that delay is because of many orders received on the weekend - why should I care, when I pay for the service and you fail to deliver what you promise. Very bad experience. Stay away from them if you are looking for a good service provider.
