Great but beware of updates
Everytime I asked a question, I got a timely and helpful answer. Prices are good, stuff is tested before being sent, and expedition is quick.
What I didn't like is "updates" in general. For example there was a sale until the 26th. Then on the 26th it is extended until the 28th. This only to push you to buy quick. And there was an item not in stock on the 22nd and in stock on the 24th,(and no indication that it would come back in stock quickly or not) and I would have got it if I didn't buy quick because of the end of the sale... So yeah, I did not enjoy that marketing practice.

The Delivery was a bit slow. The gun had one small knick on the upper reciever, minor cosmetic damage. It functions perfectly.

Very quick e-mail replies by the technical department regarding a requested modification (downgrade). After an agreement about a technical detail was made, the gun was tuned and delivered in Germany withing 3 days.

Gunfire is one of the best EU seller for average Airsoft player. For RS and LARP they have limited options. Fast delivery. They qc and chrono replicas before delivery, that's nice.

I Christmas gift earlier so that it would arrive in time, but when I found out that the person to i gifted it didn't fit , it was 5 days past 14 day return time. They without any customer care replayed with sassy replay that they can't do anything, I guess they got a lot of returns so that they didn't want to lose money, but why do they allow generating return (had to pay post service myself) to not accept it!
