not capable of proper appraisals, sending all information and many photos in April and paying in April, still no appraisal by August! after several phone calls not returned as promised, they finally let me talk to someone then, stated could not do proper appraisal, then refunded money after 5 months

Ronald we contacted you months ago to go over details of your firearm and provide a verbal value since we could not complete an IRS form you requested. We never heard back until this past weekend, and spoke with you within 48 hours. We still tried to discuss the details of your firearm and you did not even want to discuss. When we reach out and make requests we cannot continue without hearing from you. We fully credited you back before this negative review as stated over the phone.
