Across the pond purchase
As a first time customer I have been very pleased with the communication and prompt responses. Being in the States and having obvious time zone differences has had no impact on communication. I have not received the item yet as it’s over the Atlantic somewhere. Lol

Superb packaging and delivery
Ordered a pole saw and so an unusual shape for delivery.
I have to say that the packaging was absolutely superb ensuring the item was fully protected and delivered in pristine condition.
A big shoutout to Keith in packing for making sure my product arrived safe and well.
This on top of a great price and swift Royal Mail delivery, so no leaving at the front door like some couriers.
10/10 for Gustharts and a shame I can't give more than 5 stars.

Lawnmower purchase.
Ordered a new lawnmower over the phone at the weekend. It was a seamless experience ,delivery was arranged for the following Tuesday at a time of my choice. The machine duly arrived as arranged . The delivery guy was pleasant and helpful and gave a quick demo on how to operate.although I live very near it was the first time I have used Gustharts,and will certainly use again. First class service.

Good Company to deal with. There was some confusion over the delivery charge, but they responded very quickly & gave me free delivery. The strimmer spool was delivered quickly & a good price.
