I ordered a Sony XPeria (worth 400Euro) on the 11-12-17, for which I got charged inmediately.

I received a confirmation email with a tracking number on the 12-12-17, but the delivery company (GLS) say they haven't received any package yet.

I've sent Guter Kauf many emails, no answer yet.

This must be a fraud, so I've contacted my bank to cancel the payment, and maybe also cancel my credit card (because they have already stolen 400 euros from it, who knows if they do it again).

I ordered my goods 18 December and paid also, i ask for the delivery time every day but also no answers.
This company is not serious !!!!

Very inconvenient customer care service. A friend of mine recommends me this online shopping site but i did not get good anyway.! This is the worst shopping experience in my lifetime I would say.
i was so excited before buying something but now i know the reality.I am still in a trouble and I really dont know whether i will be able to get out of it or not!
On 25 th of November, i placed my order for a Nokia 3, 16GP, TA-1032, without sim lock, black mobile phone, and they sent me the shipment number 3 days later, whenever I was tracking online it was showing that on 9 th of December it arrived to my city Augsburg, Germany. and i was waiting to get it but unfortunately did not get it and very later on it was showing that the recipient is unknown, i don't know why though I was in my room. However, on 11 December it got back to the sender. i dont know i will get it or not. I trying to contact them but all my effort went in vain.

I have not received my product and finally working with Team Paypal to get the refund initiated and there is no response. Please don't by this site seems like a fake website becasue it more than 20 days the order continue to show as pending

I got the phone in 7 work days in perfect state. So the shipment is ok.

The negative point is that you cannot cancel the order and they reply with email 5 days latter only with automatic messages.

I bought the Asus Zenfone Selfie and it came after 2-3 weeks. Yes the delivery took its time, but it was all fine and I am happy with the smartphone.

On the 23.11. I ordered & paid for Gear S 3. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted " Guter Kauf de" asking for some info.... no answer, waited 1 week more and wrote again this time I also explained ignoring their customers is not very professional and also damn rude. Still nothing, this time was enough I contacted PayPal and started a dispute, guess what, 1 day later Guter Kauf replied saying they were busy, NO apology was included or status of my order. 2 days later they wrote again, this time writing my order will be ready for SHIPPING in app 2 weeks... ! Also please allow 6 to 8 working days for shipment (sounds familiar) this meant my son's Xmas present wouldn't arrive in time. Now I can understand they have holiday stress but if they wrote that from the start or addressed it on their website then I'm cool with that. I've lost trust in this company. I've canceled my order asap. If I was you keep away from them, yes you can save a few euros but your also buying heaps of stress.

Die Bestellung blieb ohne Reaktion.
Auf meine Anfragen wurde ich vertröstet. Meine Bestellung befindet sich immer noch im Status "In Bearbeitung".

The most dishonest seller I've ever came across. Lost my order and refunded 22€ from 2 lost Ipads

This is a very unprofessional company. I ordered a product more than 40 days back. Still no updates and I missed so many deals on the same product on black friday.

while the company was impossible to reach initially, their service was in the end excellent and the initial issues I had were due to my PayPal account. All has been resolved, and high end camera received and all perfect!

Great price, a bit long delivery time but nothing crazy. I would buy again in this shop.

They delivered my Samsung Galaxy mobile phone in 7 days since ordering time, which was satisfactory. I like the product and it works perfectly. However, the seal on the box looked like that it was opened before, but nothing was missing in the box.

I bought a phone OnePlus 3T A3003 64GB (Dual Sim) (ohne SIM-Sperren) - Weich Gold for 358,99 € 2 weeks ago. I paid using my Paypal account and money was immediately withdrowen after pressing the button "buy". On the website it says-

Liefermethode Internationaler Versand - Standard Versandmethode. Wie lange dauert die Lieferzeit nachdem ich eine Bestellung abgebe? Alle Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 24 – 72 Stunden an Sie ausgeliefert (Wir arbeiten nicht an Samstags und Sonntags). Normalerweise dauert die Lieferzeit 3-7 Werktage.

Today it has been already two weeks but still I didn't get neither item nor money or even any email from this shitttttttttttttttty company. Could you imagine?! Terrible, isn't it!

I think that even 1 start is too much for them!!! it took them 3 weeks to deliver a phone that finally arrived damaged and refused to take it back, telling me the warranty doesnt cover physical damage. They tried to blame it on DHL but the package arrived in good condition. I strongly advice you to buy from another company.

My phone arrived with it's screen shattered even if the box was unopened (I have photograpic evidence). Logged a case with them and uploaded everything. They said they will try to claim it with the courier for me. Waited for 2 months. And now they said that the courier refused and I can't even send it back to them for a refund... W*F??!?!?!
The day-lag response I can tolerate due to time differences - but now I wanted to access my RMA case again, a day after my last response, and suddenly my case doesn't exist??? And I can't even log a new complaint using my original order number?? That's the last straw!!!
However much cheaper it is, it's not worth the hassle, people!! There are other online store based in Germany, you'd be much better off!!
Such a shame....
