Do not buy in this website!!! I ordered a phone that never arrived and when I order a refund they deducted me the "shipping" because apparently they ship from hongkong. So after a month, no phone and I had to pay for the shipping ! So frustrating

Ordered, no sign of product weeks later.
Customer service doesn't give a care in the world.
They have my money, what do they care if I get it?

I received the product in less than a month for 50 euros less 👌

Don't buy from this site, I ordered a pair of Senheiser high end headphones a month ago and still no sign of them whatsoever, the tracking number is useless... Just an "electronic handshake“ between the" company and Hermes, I wrote several email to no avail.....

I was very anxious about my order, after reading all these negative reviews. I thought it will just stress me out because of issues, even thought of it as a scam. I kept on checking the tracking number provided by the seller via PayPal. I even sent them a message, and received a response after a day, assuring that potential issues would be sorted out promptly.

Ten days after placing the order, I received my 4th gen iPad Air! Totally legit, brand new and sealed! It was a huge sigh of relief and felt very satisfied with my shopping experience in this online store!

I definitely would still recommend buying from them, even I would be happy to make a purchase again, possibly in the near future!

3 weeks and no sign of iPad. No customer service.

The tablet arravived after a few weeks like announced. This is my second order and i received a very good quality samsung mobile phone and high quality samsung s6lite tablet!

Unacceptable service is probably the right title, and I had to give 1 start because I can't give zero.

They ship from Hongkong with delays. Eventhough you don't get what you order, they even deduct the amount for sending it back to their warehouse (per post) from the refund !

I ordered extra early that i will get it for Christmas it should be latest at 11.12 at my place and nothing .i write a email with questions did they send it,no answer .few days later I asked one more time,again nothing .packed was delivered at 24.12 but not to ne so I don't know who got it .I open the a case at paypal and after around 3 weeks they closed it without any solution or message to me.SO i DONT RECOMMEND THISS SELLER AT ALL !!!

Nothing tells you this web site is in china. Google ads show it first. Everything was in my language and it very looks like a site from my country, until I tried to call them and realised it is a chinese company. Forget about Customer service: it simply does not exist...Thanks Google to promote Scam sites in your search results..

I have bought galaxy tab s6 lite from Guter Kauf at a much cheaper price than the market. I was suspicious at first whether it will arrive in time as I read some bad reviews online. Fortunately, in my case, it was delivered in 1 week to my designated pack station. I have been using the tab for 3days and it seems fine. Happy!

Unacceptable service. Ordered on 14 December, still waiting for delivery. No information received.

super bad service. Or might be its scam. They said I will get my mobile 3/4 days. Its more than 2 week and I am still waiting. No communication, can not cancel the product. Worst site to buy something. Never buy.

I'm waiting already a month for my order.
No contact, even after many tries. No customer service. Nothing. I do not recommend, highly advise to not do any purchase with them.

Avoid this website. Extremely bad customer service and if after months of battle, you succeed, you will only get a partial refund.
BTW...they ship from Hong Kong, so you might have to wait a lot to get your products and in case of refund, you need to pay yourself the shipping.

I bought 2 phones, Samsung Galaxy A21s. First, after placing my order, it was a week gone without any confirmation email or delivery information. I searched reviews out of panic that I might have purchased on a fake site. My reviews only confirmed part of my fears, a communication disaster. I finally received an email after 3 weeks with tracking details.
The Phones were finally delivered but one of the two packages was with a broken original seal. The charging heads had UK plugs so they sent along wall adapter heads. Turns out one of the phones has a malfunctioned earphone Jack. I have reasons to say these are B wares! Their products are cheap but they are not worth the trouble. Buy from Germany-based shops. Ich sage einfach Finger weg!!

I ordered samsung s6 lite on 30 November and I received on 23 December. Item was shipped after 8-10 days and the shipping details were not updated. But ya I received it with good packing and the product is genuine. So it's a genuine site but delivery is damn slow and feels risky as shipping details are not updated.

It been one month 10 days I haven’t receive my items what can I do or what should I do? Any help
