Don't be fooled by the '.de', this is a front for a Chinese supplier. To be honest I've bought 2 items previously from them, and while it took an age for them to arrive, they did arrive eventually. However on this last occasion I've discovered just how dishonest, uncommunicative and careless they are. I finally got a refund via a complaint made to PayPal almost 3 months after my order never arrived. This is a great relief, but it was such an ordeal - tracking numbers that suddenly stopped working, unanswered emails, or bland stock responses, and no offer of refund. I'm greatly appreciative to PayPal for securing my refund but I do have to question why PayPal allow sites with such a poor record to use their payment system? Anyway, suffice it to say, I won't be ordering anything further from these ethically challenged people.

first of all, the product was second hand, not new like they say, I didn't get a invoice, to send it back you don't know if you 'l get refund! Stay away!!!!

Worst customer service, no answers, never got my package

Everything was okay but the delivery time is really long, 2 weeks. Would recommend because of the low prices.

I’m not even sure if this company is legit. I got literally mugged off by GuterKauf: I purchased the Sannheiser headphone for 189€ like in November 2019, where the item is lost at the moment. I am not even sure if they actually sent it, I only got this tracking number and the item was never arrived, never seen.
Allegedly I had been told by DPD that sender, Guter Kauf needed to claim the refund /insurance policies. I requested them literally more than 10 times I hadn’t got any respond. They offered me to compensate me 22 €, which I find total bizarrely ridiculous, I thought they were joking, given that the packet was insured by dpd (up to 520 €, it is insured). I specifically told them I do NOT want it. They sent it anyway. Please take it back!!
DPD already agreed on their fault and now Guter Kauf just need to get insurance money from them (i literally did their work and sort out the problem by myself by calling DPD more than 8 times) I have been told from DPD I can definitely can get full 189,99 €. However guter Kauf has been ignoring me and not getting their butt up to do their job at all. I literally did their work and figured it out what to do for them; just send an email to DPD for the confirmation as a sender. Is that bloody hard for you.
FYI I have a friend in honkong and he tried to call their number and visit them, not even surprised that the number is total fake and building doesn’t even exist.
Give my money back 189,99€ and take your 22€ for your stupid compensation. You can’t mug off people like that.

Ich habe Sennheiser Kopfhörer für 189€ bei ihnen bestellt . Wir haben die Sendung jedoch nie erhalten obwohl sie laut Paketverfolgung am 30.11.2019 an „ASG“ zugestellt worden ist. Später musste ich durch einen Mitarbeiter der DPD Kundenhotline erfahren das ASG für Abstellgenehmigung steht. Eine solche Genehmigung habe ich nie erteiltDer Wert des Paketinhaltes betrug 189,99€ Nach Wochenlangen Nachforschungen und mehrmaligen Nachfragen meinerseits, haben Sie uns, eine Kompensation von 22€ angeboten dieses Angebot empfinde ich als zynisch und hoffe, dass es sich hierbei um ein Versehen ihrerseits handelt! Sie verweisen einfach auf Ihre Geschäftsbedingungen und Helfen nicht! DPD sagt Sie müssen die Versicherung reklamieren. Unglaublich Ich fühle mich im Stich gellassen!!!

I never got it delivered till today, never got my money back.
No ones replies to emails and their customer service number doesn't work !!
Any advice how to get my money or stuff !!

Guter Kauf is nothing but a fraudster shop. They deliver used and damaged goods instead of new and refuse to take them back. If they were reachable by the criminal justice system of Germany, they'd be long behind bars already.

BTW, PayPal is complicit in this fraud by allowing them to take payments through PayPal

Why can't I give zero stars? Ordered end of November 2019. No confirmation email. When asked explicitly, I was sent a supposed confirmation of the shipping. This is the only response I ever received.
Supposedly, the product reached the country. Both seller and shipper show no delivery in their online records. Seller doesn't respond to any request. It's one and a half month since putting in the order now. Referred to PayPal as fraud.

If this is not a scam, it is close. We are dealing with Hong Kong. That means to be aware of taxes upon arrival in your country. Cheap deal, yes it might if you have patience. A response to mail comes a day after but this is not a response to your question, only a similar acknowledgment each time that it will be shipped: future tense. I am still waiting. Unfortunately, I cannot retrieve the site with 5 stars that I trusted to buy my item, it is not worth it

Dear Friends, immediately cancel your credit card information from this site. Happened to me, I hope not happen to you: After the transaction on 10th of December, they paid my money back on 15th December. I was happy and spend my money in Amazon. Anyway, the bad news is coming now: on 28 December, witouth my notice, they took same amount of money from my card again!!! and they send the goods to me!!!!!!!! They think this is normal for them: give back the money, and take it again anytime the goods are on their stocks!!! I immediately cancel my credit card and still waiting the goods to be arrived. Just do not involve these people.

since 17.12.2019 I have ordered two mobile telefon and still I don't have any correct information, which post company has teken it and where is it at all? When I check the intern link for trakingsnumber which the gute kauf send me, I see every day a new bollshit Information which shows me very clear that is only some playing with words and is nothing happend behind of that. No more shopping by this company.

My phone arrived after several weeks instead of a few business days, then turned out to be broken from the start (camera issues). I sent it to their service center in the UK on my own expense, got it back after a full two months and it was completely unchanged as they didn't do any repair. It's not worth the few dollars discount, stay away.

Nicht mal zu Weihnachten angekommen und noch immer unterwegs. Derzeit seit 5 Tagen irgendwo in England. Hier der lange Weg und ich kann nur anraten - Finger weg

I've ordered electronics from this shop, after reading all this feedback decided to get my money back. Got them seamlessly.

Pros: got my money back with no hassle

Cons: shop pretends it is German although it is not. I would not order anything if I only knew that.

Never!!! They took 2 weeks from my life!!! Anyway, the best thing is they send my money back! Without contacting me or something, my money just paid back to my credit card... never ever again!

Stay away! I did not receive any information about the expected delivery date. The phone did not arrive until today, more than 14 days after the order was placed. I find such service very bad and untrustworthy!

Very poor customer service, unfair business model. After 4 weeks, the ordered and paid for product not delivered and refusal to refund my money until THEIR courier locates and returns THEIR missing product to them. The problem is not related to the customer at all!!! I am still waiting for my refund, Daylight robbery! What more is there to say.? I will never use this service again. I will try to use Paypal to affect my refund.
