They have managed to fck up my husband's birthday! I've ordered a present several weeks ahead, the last week it's just laying in the courier warehouse and not being delivered, just like that, and no one can explain what's going on! The customer support is a joke, no local number to contact them. Who even let them do business in Germany?! Worst service I've ever experienced!

Terrible experience. I bought a smartphone. it was supposed to arrive in 1 week. 10 day after, nothing came. I email them to see what happens ...they excuse and tell me it will arrive in 3 to 7 days after the delivery that was to be in the next 2 days. I check the webpage 2 day later is looks like it was delivered. 10 days after the delivery nothing came of course it is sent by an unknown company... is almost 1 month now. I am stil waiting. Never again I buy anything here

Delivery already took 2 weeks and still haven't received our order. Meanwhile tried to cancel, but return to China! on own cost + 20€ process fee.

New Android phone arrived in rooted status. Not sure who is responsible for the hack but as retailer they should ensure this does not happen. Shipping and tracking was good, as expectable regarding the relatively high shipping costs. Overall I do clearly not recommend and warn everyone who has bought a phone to check whether the OS was tampered with.

i thought it was a scam at first
but no, it wasnt. I actually got my bluetooth speaker in prime condition in less than 2 weeks. The only reason i had doubted the validity was because of trust pilot reviews of people saying their delivery didnt arrive or arrived broken. The broken part i can tell is a real concern at guterkauf because my package was protected and sealed like it was a prehistoric artifact. Also the price was really good, so no complaints from me...

CAREFUL - products comes from China - lasts 2 weeks. I did not know that. Thought it was from Germany.

This shop shipped my product from Hong Kong to someone (I suspect its own warehouse) in Hannover (I live in Hamburg).Then they charged me the shipping plus 25 euros to ship it back to Hong Kong when I said I wanted my money back. Something is very fishy about this company. I hope I end up seeing at least some of my money back. Sure seems like a scam to me....

I have bought a Garmin 945 on the website. After 2 weeks waiting time, I get a feedback from the store stating they have not yet received the product and could not send it to me.

After a couple of interactions over email, they CANCELLED by order without my consent. I have now initiated a reimboursement procedure over PAYPAL.

I will never buy anything from this website again. Please be aware the store is registered in Hong Kong and it is not a German company.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER
I ordered an item on April 8th 2019. It is almost TWO MONTHS LATER and it HAS NOT ARRIVED

Not only that but, I have written to the e-mail for the customer service many times (Asking for my money back since according to the website they deliver in a week or so). They only answered me ONCE to tell me something that already was clear but ignoring completely my request.

My package for some reason is held by customs and I receive no other updates. The only thing they said is that I would get it within a week but of course that DID NOT HAPPEN. Guter Kauf doesnt' state that they ship from China and that this is a possibility either.

Since then I have been trying to call them and write to them and they DO NOT ANSWE ME AT ALL.

So did they take my money and that's it?The stole from me, I am guessing.

I wish I could write this message in german but I want to be as accurate as possible. I hope it helps somehow.

Ordered a mobile phone. Was bit worried after reading the online review. But arrived within 10 days in good condition.

The price is very competitive. Payment is secure because you can use PayPal instead of just credit cards.

I ordered a apple tv and they created a gls order but did not handed over the item to GLS.
The process for claiming the already paid money is a mess and really annoying.

I bought 2 Seiko SARB watches. Delivery in two weeks, both original and in perfect condition. I saved over 100 Euro, it just takes a bit longer than Amazon or similar. I'll get my next watch there for sure.

Site fakes that you buy in Germany where product then comes from Asia and will likely be held at customs again, where I will have to either rent a car to get or be lucky and pay only customs at door. I will not try them again, rather pay more on amazon :-(
