Your odds are 50:50 that you will get your order. They seem to make their money by not delivering a bulk of their sales. Suspect they are not paying sufficient tax on purpose. That way it gets dispatched (so PayPal release payment) and returned to them. Have never answered an email or call and I think I can kiss my money goodbye. Buying it cheap from HK doesn't even make sense as the import tax would anyhow be regulated (didn't read this till after I ordered)

Ich kaufe relativ viel Online, aber der Shop ist nicht akzeptabel: Exportware/ nicht für den deutschen Markt und dies ohne einen Hinweis vorab. Keine Reaktion auf Rücknahmeverlangen, keine Nachbesserung, lange Lieferzeiten aus Fernost und Kosten für Rücksendungen und zusätzliche Einlagerkosten (???) für Reklamationen die der Kunde alle zahlen soll. Da ist ein Stern noch zuviel. Die fünf Euro die man sich evtl. soart, zahlt man hinterher doppelt drauf.

I buy a good deal online, but the shop is not acceptable: export goods / not for the German market and this without a hint in advance. No response to return requests, no repair, long delivery times from the Far East and costs for returns and additional deposit costs (???) for complaints the customer should pay all. There is one star too much. The five euros you might be soart, you pay twice afterwards.

Ordered an IPAD from them on December 22, 2018. And got an order update on the same date and complete silence after that.

Then on Jan 7th they gave me an other update about the packet delivery status and from there on it was smooth.

I would not say that they were Great, but be ready to wait for the delivery as they are a bit quirky. And the product was of course original, no complaints about that.

Ordered a cell phone, got no confirmation. Only then looked at the rating 😕and was very worried.
Contacted the company, got order confirmation. Never recieved a dispatch notification. Cell phone arrived exactly 1 week after ordering in perfect condition without further communication.

Commincation wonky but works. I have bought from this Website stuff twice allready. Comminication is a bit wonky, and I dont know where the stuff is beeing sent from.
Both products, a ANC head set and a cell phone, arrived in perfect condition. There's a gab of like 3 days between the status of the order and the first delivery state from DHL saying "waiting for package to get brought in" then like 2-3 Weeks nothing, no change of status or mal from GuterKauf. And then there it was.
Correct Product, and colour, no surprises, except maybe, my phone came with a charger with a chineese plug so they put an adapter for german power plugs in the package

I ordered a Sportwatch one month ago.
After two weeks without any news even after having sent an email to the support, I complained via Paypal.
It resulted in the same standard answer I received after having ordered. I will received a tracking number for my parcel in a few hours.
It did happen after a day.
But after a week the parcel was still not delivered to DHL.
I don't believe they have the product. They just make money out of credulous customers. Do not ever order anything from this website.

You will not find it cheaper for original, good quality products! The delivery speed could be improved!

I received my order after 1 week. The package is fine and safe. I knew that they sent it from Hongkong and it may need more time to arrive. They updated the delivery tracking number sometime after the order.

I didn't get my packet. There was a problem with the courier and they informed me that Guter Kauf should call them. They didn't! I tryied to call them but no answer! I mailed them but still no answer! And now they send me an email for feedbak! They are jocking!

I realized they were based in Hong Kong only after ordering the product, also my fault because of my poor German. I was alarmed when reading the bad comments and was close to canceling the order. However, I decided to give them the benefit of doubt, after all, I used PayPal and could open a claim. To my surprise, the product arrived 7 days after I ordered, well packaged and new.

I purchased an LG V30+. Although I researched a lot about the phone I wanted to buy I didn't look much into Guter Kauf until after I had made the purchase. I was rather concerned having read so many messages about non-delivery of items ordered (and paid for).

I received regular (automated) messages for the first couple of days as the order was processed and I received a tracking number but then silence for about 3-4 days after dispatch. I sent a couple of emails and received a response to the 2nd one indicating the order would take between 5 and 7 working days to be delivered here in Germany. Sure enough DHL started updating details on the tracking and it was delivered in about 5 days.

The phone was in perfect condition. I am happy with my order and the process.

Scammed me and stopped communication entirely, be careful guys.
