Superb Service

Response is excellent, if it's in stock it's posted asap, no doubts or vague messages blaming suppliers etc.
If you get chance to have a ride out and visit them it's in a great spot with a choice of cafes close by.

Replacement battery

Needed a replacement battery for my V7 Classic and asked them to check if my existing charger was compatible with the Motobatt before purchase, so after a quick chat ordered over the phone - nice and quick and the battery arrived at the end of the week.

Postcode mystery solved.

Had a mix up of postcodes, bits delivered to the wrong address. Explained the situation with Harris, he asked for patience. Called a number of times and eventually the bits were returned and resent. Very nice assistance, efficient and effective. Silly delay but made good in the end. Had to wait 28 day post office policy.
