I am satisfied with the professionalism, the excellent quality of work, that is quite soft on the eyes. Most of all, I am thrilled about the lifetime guarantee given.

They are not cheap but the quality of the product and the work done was phenomenal, I just had one complain I don't know why I have been charged 200 dollars finance fees , because when you say 18 month interest free then why finance processing fees ? Other vendors do not charge finance processing.

Gave 2 stars only because of poor communications of upper management snd because you have to bicker with management on price.

The product itself is outstanding. Salesman was out standing and the install was ok.

This company needs better upper management.

Update. June 10 2021

Ends up I had an install issue with gutter logic and reported this to the company. Was told they would have someone scheduled to come between 9 and 12. Installer never showed.
Day 2. Was told install would be at house between 1 and 3. No show. Call company again. The service manager would not talk to me. After threatening to go to North Carolina attorney generals office I got a call and the service guy finally showed up.
Then the service guy sets up his latter, climbs up and looks at install, takes picture with his phone, hands the phone to me and says there is no install problem.
I told him I was going up the latter and as soon as I looked I saw the problem and made the installer fix the problem. Went back up latter to check his work still saw an issue. Had the guy give me caulking gun and I finished the correction myself.

Gutter Dome is an excellent product.
I highly recommend using another distributor of the product. Do not use Gutter Logic. You will not be happy with this company.

the only reason this isn't 5 stars is the lateness of installation. I set up the installation to be done on a day I wasn't working. I work nights so I wanted to be able to sleep on the days I work. we agreed on a day, but they didn't show up. They reset the date to a day I work and ended up being up all day before work. Kind of a hassle!

Excellent work done on my house. Would hire Gutter Logic again and refer you to other people.

The work was completed on time and complete with clean-up.

The gutters and downspouts look great and move the water away from the house... The installers did a great job !

the install and the product are great we just had trouble with the scheduling. we were told that the job was to be completed on a tuesday but no one showed up. i had to call to find out where the crew was and i was told they missed it on the schedule and they would be out 4 days later.

We love our gutters! From initial contact through installation, Gutter Logic personnel were outstanding! Everyone we had contact with was personable, answered our questions and helpful with some concerns we had. We've gotten several comments on how nice our gutters are. We highly recommend Gutter Logic!

I would highly recommend them if you need gutters I made the phone call they came out they scheduled me right away they did a very professional job cleaned up after themselves super happy with their product it's a lot better material than if you want to home Depot or Lowe's and did it Minister Sean Prindeville

OMG where do I start, last year right before the covid-19 my neighbor's tree fell on my house , cause extensive damage. Was not able to get all my repairs done until this year May 2021.
Once I had the hole in my roof repaired and the soffit underneath my roof line closed up it was time for gutters😁😁😁.
Reached out to gutter logic last year but was unable to get the work done because I was unable to get the roof repaired. Once I got the roof fixed this year , I called them back out.
The young man Brett who I spoke to was awesome, I told him what I needed , he put in the work order and before you knew it. I was on the schedule for gutters.
The installer called me prior to arriving at my residence and to my surprise it was only one technician.
And I said to him, this is a three-story home it's just you installing the gutters and he said yes ma'am no worries I can handle it.
The young man unpacked his truck and went to work.
This young man was like a superhero , I was so ecstatic and so surprised he was able to install all those gutters and downspouts by himself.
He did an awesome job ,he was very professional and it did not take him long to install.
Once he was done installing he gathered up all the debris and the old gutters and loaded them on his truck. He also picked up any screws and nails that were on the property so that we wouldn't have to worry about any tires being punctured with nails and screws.
Once he was done with all that he got out his blower and blew the driveway clean.
Gutter logic is a very professional company.
And their installers are just as professional , very nice customer service.

Gutter logic were polite and understood what our needs were. They use strong materials to make gutters. Many colors to choose from. Work quickly and clean up well. They did not have the right color elbows for our down spouts. Some mix up on their end. So we had different color down spout elbows for a couple days. They came back and fixed everything. Nice work, we are pleased.

Very professional was in out in alittle over 2 hrs

They came on time, explained everything that was going to happen. We looked at the print from the salesperson, I did some alterations on it. On 2 hours it was done, completely finished, cleaned up and I talked to the crew chief s little afterwards paid my bill and let them go.
I was very impressed with the time it took for them to perform the. Gutter project.

got a quote from them, had new gutters installed 4 days later. fast efficient company ! good price , very professional installers, would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. the job was completed before their competition called me back!!
