Would recommend without hesitation

THE ABSOLUTE worst people! Con artists who basically screamed at us and insisted we pay full after they sent a 7 seater when we asked for a 14 seater. Threatened to take my luggage from me. I would never recommend them and suggest all travellers stay far away. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and paid for it.

I have used GVA for a number of years, many times a year and always found them to be excellent. Bekim generally drives me, he is a lovely man, very helpful, thoughtful and kind. He also picks up my wife and son which makes me feel very comfortable knowing it is him. To fair all the guys are great.

Transfer arrived late to pick up my family & myself on our arrival, then the day prior to our leaving we received a text message to say our transport would be arriving to take us to the airport that night !!......I contacted the office for them to tell me it had been a mistake & our executive transport would be with us in the morning. The following day the transport arrived, an Old Mini bus !!!........I called & got no answer, I then texted to ask someone to call me, never got a reply.

Paid for an executive transport and received an old mini bus !!

Great service, excellent coaches and friendly staff who were very helpful, especially Alex (we were from Geneva to La Plagne, he waited with no complaints, helped us set up our music and even took us to the supermarket before going up the mountain)

An excellent service from the Airport to our final destination and on the way back. An excellent driver, à very comfortable shuttle and very clean. My group hard only good words for the GVA transfert services

Our collection from Geneva airport was available when we arrived and the journey to the resort was fine except the driver did not know where our hotel was. Fortunately we had been before so I was able to direct him. For our return journey I received a call to say that, due to traffic conditions, we would be picked up an hour earlier than planned. We were ready but the pickup arrived nearly 2 hours later! The driver told me he had not been advised of the earlier pickup time. We made it to the airport with just enough time to get to our gate before it closed. A very uncomfortable experience.
