Avoid at all costs. I bought a car in December 2023 and still waiting for the V5. I’ve been ignored and lied to on numerous occasions to say they are doing everything possible when in fact they’ve done absolutely nothing. I know this because I spoke with the DVLA who told me. I can’t drive the car because I can’t tax it. 6 months of ownership and it may as well be a garden ornament because it can’t move off my driveway. I mean who or rather what semi reputable car dealer sells a car without having the V5 first to begin with? It’s the basics. Absolutely unbelievable. Now going legal in a hope to resolve this as for all I know the car could be stolen. Told by the customer services that not to worry as the invoice for the car is proof of ownership. Unfortunately the law and in particular the DVLA would disagree as they won’t tax a car without one in my name, nor could I sell it if I wanted to. 4 weeks it should take maximum to receive the new V5. I’ve been waiting 6 months all because they sold a car without having the original V5 from the previous owner. Absolute jokers. Avoid at all costs as I say. Be warned!.

Best supercar dealership in the UK
Best supercar dealers in the country hands down. George was brilliant in facilitating the purchase of my AMG GTR. From arranging finance, to organising a complete wrap of the vehicle in satin black. Nothing was too much of an ask.
He also arranged a memorable handover that we’ll never forget with flowers, chocolates, smoke and lights!

Avoid these Cowboys dealership
I sold my Audi RS6 through GVE London back in Sep 2023, and unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Despite repeated requests, I have yet to receive a sales invoice detailing the commission fee they deducted from the proceeds of the sale. It's unacceptable that a supposedly reputable company fails to fulfill such a basic obligation, especially when dealing with VAT-related transactions.
Furthermore, throughout the entire process, there was a severe lack of communication and transparency. I was promised updates and documentation that never materialized, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.
I expected better from a company claiming to provide professional services. It's evident that GVE London Ltd prioritizes their own interests over those of their customers, resulting in a wholly unsatisfactory experience.
Overall, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with GVE London Ltd to think twice and proceed with extreme caution. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and failure to meet basic expectations speak volumes about their professionalism—or lack thereof.

I am based up West Yorkshire and after seeing GVE on social media and also being recommended by a friend I decided to take my Audi R8 down for SOR.
I dealt with Andreas at GVE and from start to finish he made it a very smooth process and his communication was excellent and not to mention that he actually sold my car within 1 day to a contact he had which is rather impressive after I had no luck listing it with dealers in West Yorkshire for 1 year.
Highly recommend GVE they are the real deal and would use in the near future!!

DO NOT TRUST GVE WITH YOUR LUXURY CARS
Unfortunately, the lowest rating is just 1 star, which is definitely too much. I had a brand new Audi R8 delivered in November 2022. I had it booked in with GVE in December to have a clear PPF wrap and some carbon PPF wraps on the side panels & skirting. I drove 100 miles to GVE, dropped my car off ready to be collected after one week. The day of collection, they told me that they didn't have enough of the PPF wrap to do it all so I would need to leave it there until January or pick it up and drop it back off again... So I did the latter and dropped it off for a 2nd time in January.
After being delayed several times, I finally got my car back. The clear PPF wrap had 3-4 defects and the carbon wrap was completely awful (peeling up at the edges, lines going in different directions for each part of the body kit, pieces of wrap being stuck on over the top of defects like a plaster - completely terrible). After weeks of chasing them, I had to drop my car off AGAIN (another 200 mile round journey) for them to fix the defects. I arrived one week later to collect it, only to find out that the only defects they looked at were the clear PPF wrap - NOTHING CHANGED FROM THE CARBON.
Fast forward several months, I have had 8 total visits (1600 miles on my brand new car) and it is still unacceptable. The carbon wrap is all peeled up everywhere, they have stuck plasters over the top of defects AND they couldn't do the side skirts so just left it sprayed black and charged me for the carbon anyway). Long story short, I need to get it all removed (likely damaging my paintwork) and I'm not getting a single penny refunded. Bare in mind they've done a terrible wrap but also didn't even wrap some of the pieces they were supposed to...
Riddle me that... Some incredible work from the GVE team. Total cost near £10K. Total outcome 1600 miles on my car, damaged paintwork, and nothing to show for it.

Recently this week I called up enquiring about selling my car to GVE London, I wanted to get a quote valuation from them, I called up on Monday morning and spoke to one of the staff on the phone, I was told I will get a call back later on the same day, I waited all day and no call, so I called up later in the afternoon around 5ish and spoke to an other staff, where I was told I would get a call on Tuesday.. and yet still I didn’t receive no call.. customer service and services provided by GVE is horrible. I ended up travelling over an hour away to sell my car to a different trader instead.. I wouldn’t recommend GVE London to anyone.

Terrible experience, offered a vehicle for sale, they do not have the money to pay for it, they want to have it in their showroom as a consignment, extortionate fees. Got burned once, never again. A company which pretend to be of prestige and class but treats its customers like they are buying car of low value. I bought a car Porsche 911 Turbo S which was close to £100,000. They promised to make it prestine and give all fixes. Get the car and 1 week in rust bubbles form on the wheels and then the car starts falling apart which paint chip and white marks appearing and inside breaking away as well as missing item that should be present as standard. Sold a car of Prestige and charging extortionate amount and when asked to resolve because these issues shouldn't be happening they took the approach of blaming it on the customer. Then became difficult and expect me a customer who paid almost £100,000 to pay .£200 for the missing item presenting it they getting the better version when in reality they were paying for the cheaper option amount and asking me to cover difference for the higher spec. They refused to consider customer value and acted like we were scammers.
Then they tried return the car after keeping it for further 2 weeks and they didn't even fix the issues at all! They tried to cover the issues up and when I pointed out all the issues they said "oh not sure why it wasn't sorted". I told them again to resolve it and when came back again the car had more issues when arriving taking another 2 hours to fix.
Then soon as drove home more issues cropped up. When I told them this they said come after holidays to resolve and bring car in. No consideration to arrange collection and resolve, leaving a vehicle with me in an unusable condition. When the car was given to resolve again, they once again denied any issues blaming it on being a feature of the car until I debated and corrected them and they then accepted I was right.
Now I rejected vehicle within my consumer rights under law, and they refuse to accept rejection and return back my money I spent trading in 2 Porsches I had for it only to state they will fight it through legal proceedings. It is my right to reject, which I did under law and they continue to act disgracefully but refusing to refund my money for a vehicle that has been less than 30 days in my possession. They then have audacity to call me and the sales director George tries to act customer care and value is important and accept the poor service and issues caused, that they assure me that no issues will happen again but can't give 2 year warranty to back their words to it. Yet he has the arrogance to tell me it's a goodwill gesture when it has been actual issues with the car and their failures to act and resolve properly - that he can then say it is "goodwill gesture" to resolve things? Just a joke of a company run by people who do not know how to value clients pretending to be a company aimed for high net worth clients but insulting their integrity. Then he goes on to repeat the same excuses given by the previous people we dealt with and then say "I'm not defending ourselves but...".
It is a company I would say stay away which acts prestigious but is simply a normal dealer who doesn't know how to treat customers or respect their views/decisions.
Stay away from them as we are still trying to get our money back and sums we spent when we shouldn't have been asked to.
UPDATE
So I was proven right and GvE wrong who refused continually to give my money back and accept rejection. In their face and arrogance I got my money back and compensation on top as finance company supported rejection. 100k car with over 180 faults proven how shoddy this company is and marketing false.
