Similar to others… wrong size and have to return to China at my cost! Scam!

Absolutely awful. Please do not buy from this company.

The shoes I purchased were too small and of a poor quality. Certainly not worth the pre-discounted price of £200

On trying to return the shoes for a refund I was told there was a £25 payment to return them to Asia! This cost is apparently for the customer to pay so really covers the full price of the shoes.

I was offered a good will refund of 10%. Not sure there is much good will in that !!

I advise everyone to initiate a visa chargeback from their bank.

Hopefully the bank can then prevent them from trading.

Update: got my
Money back via Visa. Just confirmed.

**Disappointing Experience: Misleading Claims, Poor Quality, and Unreasonable Returns**

I regret to leave a 1-star review, but my experience with this retailer has been deeply unsatisfactory. On July 27th, I ordered a pair of sneakers priced at £39.95, relying on their website’s promise of next-day dispatch for orders placed before 11 PM. However, my order did not arrive until August 15th—long after I had left the country. To make matters worse, the package was left unattended on my doorstep, exposed to potential theft. Fortunately, my daughter was able to retrieve it later.

Upon inspecting the shoes, I found the quality to be extremely poor—far below what I expected for the price. Further research revealed nearly identical pairs on **Temu and Shein** for just £5–10, raising serious concerns about this retailer’s pricing and sourcing practices.

When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was informed that I would need to ship the shoes back to the Far East at my own expense (£25). Given the delays in delivery and the lack of transparency, I have little confidence in their willingness to process a refund promptly.

I made this purchase in good faith, even appreciating the brand’s stated values on their website. However, the reality has been a lesson in caution. I strongly advise potential buyers to research thoroughly before ordering, as this company’s practices appear misleading and their product quality does not justify the cost.

We ordered 7 pairs of shoes, which we thought was supporting a british business (we were obviously fooled by the cosy little story on their homepage!)
Rather than the leather and suede shoes we ordered, we received shoes which were man-made (cardboard and some type of brushed fabric covering) and smelled quite nasty.
They are also 1-2 sizes too small, so when we asked for a refund, we was told they would kindly send us another pair (they will only charge us £9.95 for delivery) and we can 'gift' the pairs that we are unable to use 'to friends'!
We refused and asked again for a refund and was told that it will cost £25.00 per pair for us to return them and could be up to 6 weeks to refund the difference to our account.

Please, please avoid this company and others like it on the social media sites! (we used Facebook!)

I ordered a green summer blazer what I received was some sort of shirt! Tried to contact them to get an exchange or refund but the website contact section doesn't work. So I tried to email but the email address does not work I think this is some sort of scam

As per other reviews- I ordered an item and paid next day delivery. It took 3 weeks to arrive and the item was NOT what I had ordered but a cheap piece drop shipped from China. I asked for a full refund and to return item of which they offered me a 10% refund or a a return at my expense of £25.
This is clearly a scam site drop shipping cheap goods from china to an overpriced UK market. AVOID!!!!!

Avoid this company! I have recently received a pair of loafers from them, way too small and extremely poor quality. I also ordered two summer jackets, looked good in the picture. What I received was some cheap, nasty collarless shirts. I wouldn't even give them to a charity shop. They are only fit for the bin. Sounds like getting money back could be difficult. Don't even think about buying from this company.

Jacket ordered, two weeks later a shirt delivered. Not offered a refund and they say return is £25 to Asia. Do not use this business.

Clothes don’t match pictures on website, size guide suggests to take true to size but clearly smaller. Suspect drop shipped from China rather than anything made for them, combined with incredibly slow shipping time.

Everything is poor about this company
- Chinese Company impersonating as Western
- Quality is extremely poor
- Sizes are for Chinese market and so very small I.e XL would be Medium in Eu or US
- Transit times are long - They state 8 to 10 working days but it takes 20

Scam operating out of China. Husband ordered a medium shirt. It is absolutely tiny. They suggested we pay another £10 for P&P and they'd send us another - obviously not going to risk that as their sizes are clearly completely wrong. We declined this and asked to return. They want £25 P&P for us to return to China!!! Do not use this company.

As others have highlighted it's a scam company. They didn't provide what was promised with my shoes. The AI generated responses don't follow the trail of emails and so they make little sense. A China based company.

Absolutely horrific customer service and quality.

The clothing arrived and was a terrible quality, and nothing like the photos I'd seen.

When I tried to return it all, I had to field a dozen emails offering me alternatives, partial refunds, etc. They simply refused to give me the address to send back my order to, however clear I was that I wanted to do that. The address is of course in China (and postage will be my cost), despite them having a .co.uk domain. They told me quality control checks would take 2 weeks, and refunds would take a further 6 weeks - what a joke.

Horrific - avoid.

Unfortunately the system doesn’t allow for a negative award of stars.
Waited three weeks for an overshirt. There was no indication at point of order that there would be such a delay. I ordered a lightweight, lined overshirt with a collar and received an unlined, collarless overshirt, but the colour was correct. Most definitely not worth £50. I am now trying to find out how to return the thing.
I cannot believe that I have allowed myself to be scammed like this.

The sodding shirt that I stupidly paid £40 for is a piece of junk Made in China with no branding on it, It is labelled XXL but I will be surprised if it is even a Medium. These cheating robbers have offered a 10% refund to keep their godforsaken shirt. I will pursue these criminals as far as possible. I can't stand cheats.

Absolute scam! Wonkily and scruffily cut with scissors, and the heels are totally different to the pictures, much bigger and a different loud colour, and with a feminine sole. absolutely furious and shocked. complete scam.
