The massive CON continues! Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since I ordered a shirt from this so-called business. Nothing has arrived yet and I now have daily email exchanges with these total liars and ch... See more

Stay well clear, it's all shipped from China
Ordered some shoes, 2 pairs arrived 2 still in China.
What can I say, the shoes are terribly sized, I've got 20 plus emails trying to arrange a return with no joy whatsoever.
These guys are persistently bad at customer service.
I'm now going to have to initiate a charge back through my credit card company.
My advice, if you do order from here, use a credit card so you can initiate a charge back, as returns does not exist regardless of what their website states.
AVVOID AT ALL COSTS. ALL POORLY SIZED, POOR QUALITY FROM CHINA.
Scam company avoid!!
Scam company!
Terrible quality, sizing awful and not as stated.
Took weeks to arrive and returns to China.
Feel like a fool, but at least my wife had a really good laugh watching me try the clothes on!!!
Facebook and Website - Fraudulent claims
Facebook page - They have 3K Followers. Every single follower has the same profile picture.
WebSite: gwengraceboutique.co.uk - They have a 935+ reviews. However when you click to drill down you realize they have just embedded 5 stars and some text - more examples of fraudulent behaviour.
Dreadful quality
Dreadful quality. Never before have I bought shoes which weren’t lined inside. Utter rubbish. A total con. Photos are not what you’re buying. Worn once and sending them to charity as it’s too expensive to return to China I assume.
Only one star because I can't give…
Only one star because I can't give zero. This is essentially a scam website to avoid like the plague. The product ships from China so any returns are prohibitively expensive. The good do not match the photos on their website and are of inferior, shoddy manufacture. It's one of the instances where if it looks to be too good to be true...
A front for cheap Chinese goods
Read all reviews, this site is a front for cheap imports from China, the clothing is not worth the 'reduced' price advertised. If you want to return anything they try to stall you, jump through hoops, and once agreed you'll need to send the item back to China!! At your own cost. I feel stupid for not doing the research beforehand, don't feel the same - DON'T ORDER ANYTHING
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE
If I could give no stars I would these are cheap imports and made to the lowest standard I have ever seen. total garbage, gone in the bin.
The item was wrong and falsely advertised
The item was wrong and didn't look anything like what was advertised. Definitely a scam company - It took a long time to be delivered and comes all the way from china.
Avoid This Shop at All Costs. Misleading and Dishonest
I came across this website through an Instagram ad claiming the shop was closing down and offering high-quality items at half price. It was not advertised as a men’s store. I purchased two items via PayPal for added security.
Right after ordering, I became suspicious. The shop claimed they did not have my order, which didn’t make sense since I had clear proof of purchase. Communication was inconsistent and strange. I provided evidence of my order, but they acted as though they hadn’t received it. When I escalated the issue through PayPal, the seller claimed they’d had no contact from me at all, despite my messages via their website.
Eventually, the items shipped from China, not as expected. When they arrived, they were completely different from what was advertised. One item went straight in the bin due to poor quality. The other, meant to be a nice cotton dress, was actually a cheap polyester piece I now use as a nightgown.
This shop is extremely misleading and seems to be engaging in dishonest practices. I strongly recommend avoiding it.
At least I got them
At least I got them, that's all the positive I can say, considering they must have come from the moon given how long it took. Moon, obviously not but definitely not the UK. UK front, somewhere else for fulfilment. I never thought they were gonna be a £150 pair of shades marked down to £30, to good to be true and all that but please for the love of god, don't give this unscrupulous company your money. Just poor and damn right false pricing. Mila Aviator. Shein sell the same for £4. Gota love hindsight.
If I could put 0 stars I would
If I could put 0 stars I would. Rip off site. Shoes approx 3 sizes smaller than stated size and return process a huge faff. Appears respective UK website but clearly low quality cheap products from Asia. Avoid at all costs.
